Umm— my kids watch cooking shows. They like looking at food. But, we aren’t big rat fans either.
My siblings and I, when we were very young, used to watch The Galloping Gourmet because he would always cook weird stuff like rabbit and frog. We would wait for the moments when we could say "illlllll!" in unison.
That was back in the days when half of TV programs were in black & white, there were only three commercial networks, and PBS was known as NET, National Educational Television.
Maddoggit, I am really getting old.
