Are you absolutely sure this is a legit story? I did some Yahoo and Google searching and found nothing—EXCEPT on wrestling websites. I even checked the Atlanta Journal-Constitution website, and there was nothing. WWE has been known to use fake deaths as part of a storyline.

What a strange few weeks for the pro-wrestling world. I have watched Benoit before, as others have posted, this guy was a legit wrestling talent. This is very sad and kinda creepy, with the reports of spitting up blood.. its all just very weird.

CNN reporting that they were not killed with a gun, but that it was death by homicide. Murder-suicide outlook (thankfully) lessened, unless he took the Jim Jones route.
