Solar refraction through a lenticular cloud. They have a bright choose-a-color-from-the-rainbow color, sometimes uniformly throughout the entire cloud. I’ve seen it, but, it’s rare. That’s my guess. Cloud sizes can be huge, and it can be too bright to look at without sunglasses.
