Thank You. Brian was a good friend and a good man. A Patriot.

Have you ever roasted a turkey in a brown paper bag?

I don’t believe I have, I think my mom did though, she was into trying anything new for cooking or baking.
She used to warm up rolls in a paper bag.

It keeps the turkey moist. However, it adds to the cooking time. Tin foil reflects heat inwards if it is applied correctly.

Hi gram, how is our new plumb baby and mommy? And how is Grammy?
To: NY Attitude
Those baking bags do a wonderful job, and easy clean up.
To: Soaring Feather
I have not used the baking bags. I use the older variety bag. But that is me, a little whacko. LOL.

I would love to stay up with the Lair, however, I must shuffle off to bed. Rest well and sweet dreams.

Good morning ladies. What a fine and glorious Sunday morning it is. This morning’s virtual breakfast menu is: Eggs any style, pan-fried cornbread, country fried potatoes, sausage links, bacon, cinnamon oatmeal, Texas size toast, honey buns, fresh juice and Columbian coffee. Kathy has provided us wonderful spiritual music.
