My professional opinion is that she is being treated too rough, given the severity of her offenses.

Judge Napolitano agrees with you. He said no normal citizen would get this much time for doing the same thing. The judge and/or prosecutor are/is probably looking for publicity.

Napolitano does not know what he is talking about.

30 days is SOP for driving on a drunk driving suspension when serving probation time.

I have seen similar in court too many times.

Don’t forget it is not just the Violation of Probation (VOP) she is dealing with, she is also serving for the new charges at the same time.

Just another lawyer turned reporter screwing up the reporting.

(don’t forget the anna nicole judge is looking for napolitano’s job too)
