Worst of all, Paris has lost all “street cred”, what’s all this crying and begging, I thought she was supposed to be super cool, brush it off, do her time, pose in her prison jumpsuit and deal with it.

Instead we get this pathetic performance, she’s NOT getting jammed because of her celebrity, look at her violations.

She sounds like somebody with a really low IQ. I am wondering if that is the “medical condition.” She partied right before going to jail and looked healthy. If she was so seriously ill she could not be kept in jail, she should have been sent to a medical facility, not home.

Oh please. DUI Sept 2006. She gets probation. Jan 15, 2007, driving on a suspended license, she gets a warning and signs a statement that she understands she can't drive. At that point, what RESPONSIBLE ADULT wouldn't take a taxi or get a driver?! Paris Hilton. Then she gets sentenced for the second driving while suspended. Cries constantly in jail. "She cries all day," a source told the publication. "She looks unwashed, she has no makeup and her hair is tangled. She cried audibly through the first two nights.".

At what point do you expect this self-centered 26 yr old to behave like a responsible adult instead of weeping in court and crying "Mommy!".

My brother is an Army Lt. Col, one evening he forgot to bring something home from the office. Our mother, who was visiting, rode over to the post with him to pick up the forgotten item. Sorry. She needs to learn about taking responsibility for her own actions. Her tantrums and tears are disgusting. She CHOSE to drive drunk. She CHOSE to drive while suspended. TWICE. I don't pity anyone that flouts the law because they believe some "animals are more equal than others".

If you want to feel sorry for someone, feel sorry for Libby. He deserves it.

Without the gobs of makeup and help of makeup artists, she looked very average. Few are feeling joy at her misery. She has enough money to have hire a taxi or a limo or have her driver take her places. Yet she chose to drive while drunk and place other people at risk.

It's obvious she needs a good driver with knowledge of the LA highways and extensive experience evading the criminal justice system. A good Bronco chase scene toward the Mexico border would provide some much needed comic relief from the sob story angle and it would give Greta van Sustren something to do. It's a win-win-win situation.

I know exactly your point. Because illegals don’t pay the price she shouldn’t have to either.

I don’t like illegals being allowed to break laws with impunity either but does it make any sense to add more to the mix? If it does then those laws should be taken off the books if nobody’s going to be punished for breaking them. Why waste the courts time?

What if she had been an ugly rich white woman? You think the Sheriff's Department honcho would have let Rosie O'Donnell out early? Was he maybe a fan of the salacious online video?

She ought to hire Willie Nelson as her driver. He has pretty good pull at getting out of drug and traffic violations! Or Ted Kennedy. But then she'd need to keep scuba gear and an inflatable raft in the back of the car...
