I lost my Aussie yesterday, 5/21/2007.

He was a lovely red Merle and he passed last night at 13.5 years of age.

I held him in my arms as life slipped away. I too have a hole in my life, home, heart.

His name was Harley.

Harley saw me thru some tough times.

He was the best friend I've ever had, I miss him terribly.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The losing them is the hardest part of loving them, but we do it over again.

Our oldest pup is 12.5 years old, and I can see her aging almost daily. We’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old, and I can’t imagine what it will be like without her. She is unique.

So sorry about Harley, glasseye. The grief of loss will be intense for a while, I know. God bless and comfort you.

We are going through the same thing at the same time.

What are the odds of that?

I think it's safe to say that all these posts addressed to me can be just as easily addressed to you.

My sympathies FRiend.

Sympathies for your loss of your friend Harley.

Lots of friends have Aussies (we do agility). They are wonderful dogs and so intelligent.
