NO THEY DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO MARCH...

The SCOTUS addressed this problem about rights for illegal aliens in United States V Verdugo-Urquidez 494 US 259 (1990)

Cheif Justice Renquist said the illegal aliens had human rights but because they were not part of “the people” they were not entitled to the rights of “the people” under the COTUS....
