Isn’t it against the law for the military to arrest the Senate Majority leader?

Don't try to be so FUNNY Buck head! That wasn't NICE to associate such a Great Amer..I mean Anti-American as PELOSI, as being LOW enough to be a terrorist!
We ALL know the Pentagon is probly talking about the fact it was REID who they captured! PELOSI is a GREAT Ameri..er..I mean Terroists "SUPPORTER"!- NOT a "Leader!"
As REID himself would say, "..I am not one to result to Name-calling..." or "Low-Blows"!
So ALL of us here!, " Let's not use WORDS THAT HURT!.."
( Unless we can get a real good chuckle out of it! hahahaha..just kidding there BH! Great post!)

LOVE IT!
Consequently, treason is still punishable by death. So, no. It is not necessarily illegal to arrest the Senate Majority leader. I would venture to guess that the right jury, with the help of the right prosecutor, could try and convict some of these folks for treason. By the letter of the law, I believe the evidence could leave no reasonable doubt.
