FIRING UP my SMOKER this morning to do a slow cooked brisket for several adults coming over late this afternoon.
Later I’ll FIRE UP my gas grill to make burgers for the kids that’ll be over. That always produces a lot of good smoke.
Any ideas on what else I can smoke up on “Earth Day”?
I’m with you. BBQ and fire up the gas guzzling lawnmower, might even used the gas guzzling wead eater, if I can get the darn thing started.
