All of you know that trussell’s computer went kaput — poor girl!
So I just got this update for all of you. Continue your prayers.
I want to thank you for your prayers for my mom. Mom will be at the heart hospital through the night for observation. There is an update, some good news and some not as good news. The procedure today shows NO blockages! PRAISE THE LORD! Her heart IS showing damage, but it is NOT from a heart attack! They aren’t sure when the damage occurred, how, or why. Mom will be on medication to strengthen her heart. They are hoping that in doing this, it will fix a part of the issue causing the congestive heart failure... They are also thinking that right now it is not strong enough for the surgery to replace the mitral valve. After she has been on the meds a while (I don’t have a timeframe on it) they will check her heart again, look at the back-up issues and the valve, and determine then what the next step is... surgery or no surgery.
My daughter will be 31 weeks along tomorrow (Friday). Every additional day helps us breathe a little easier. I will know the bedrest stuff is getting to be too much when she starts coloring on the walls!! LOL
