Home from work and getting ready to cook a meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, steam some broccoli and just finished making a salad-
When Obama first he appeared
Some thought he was a solution
To queen Hillary’s liberal rants
And some welcome retribution
A sort of deus ex machina
Who might solve the plight
Of the leftism of the party
Making it appear more right
But the position that he took
On the supreme court’s decision-
That he supports infanticide
Should be fodder for derision

I was once saved miraculously when a deus coupe pulled up to where my truck had a flat.

Hey Cal, I think I’m going to pass out. The room is starting to spin, because of all the gayness.

I recommend the film Adaptation as one of the more enjoyable pieces I've seen as a student of film. Kaufman uses every film cliche known to man to make a story that should suck, but doesn't. Of course, the ending is a classic deus ex machina, as is expected.
And that really pisses me off about Charlie Kaufman. I got yelled at by my agent for doing that, he got a million bucks and Nicholas Cage played the lead. Blecch.

What a bunch of pukes. Sometimes people like that make me wonder of Marx had the right idea.

Seeing the Dems’ choices, Obama must come across as a deus ex machina to those who couldn’t stomach Hillary.

For the record, I would not hit it, not even a teensy bit.
“But pissant would,” he added helpfully.

Lautenberg was the deus ex machina for the New Jersey senate race dilemma.

I tend to pick up people’s pithy sayings and words. The minute I left home, I stopped speaking ‘english’ as I knew it. I can’t even write anymore :D

ROTLMAO! Yesterday I had the thread as FEBRUARY 17. Just a mistake, I know.
I think the Croqs and Croquettes look for my mistakes in the title. It's usually there somewhere.

That's where Hollywood, Florida is. Although I'm surprised that East Hollywood wanted, and got incorporated. Wasn't West Hollywood also incorporated?
When I lived out there, Santa Monica was the big time gay parade. I wish I had the ascot concession for that town, I would have been a zillionaire.
