How do these words/phrases grab you ? Any first hand experiences to share?
Love (lust?) at first Sight..
Forgiveness..
Lets just be friends..
Soul mates..
Friday the Thirteenth
Hi there Freeper Friends & TGIF! . Little hectic (understatement) on the home front.. I thought originally I would post tonight the thread I had for 4 weeks ago when my computer decided to go on vacation BUT it needed a lot of work & I had a full/crazy day & needed to go to funeral parlor this evening so just thought I would open up the conversation with some phrases that can be good, painful, wonderful or agonizing to singles or married folks as well. ..
All of these have caused some turmoil in my life & I have found that at any age these things can titillate your soul.

That is why I have pretty much given up on the whole mess. Heck dude, I know how you feel. I just stopped asking about five years ago and never looked back. If they don't ask me it don't get asked, and they don't ask.
I just got tired of jumping through the hoops and decided to live my life on my terms and not theirs. There are very few ladies now that will accept you for what you are instead of what they want.
I see more and more men coming to that conclusion and just realizing if they don't start taking care of themselves, no one will.
PS - if it don't work out for 'ya don't worry. Life goes on and it goes on just fine. It did for me and it would for you too.

It has been my experience that if a woman says to a man “let’s just be friends” —she is REALLY saying—”STAY AWAY from me—unless I NEED you(to get another guy jealous, play a joke, get help from for something, or such)—Otherwise I WILL FILE CHARGES ON YOU”!!

Pax,
Thanks for the reply. I like detail and the thought that you put into that reply. I'd like to see more of these kinds of replies.

I thought you might be amused by my predicament at that class. I was really happy when she wore a different shirt the next day. I could finally stop calling her "hey, you."
How differently do you dress? Considering that so many women are obsessed with being provocative, finding something that is attractive, different, and not provocative might take some doing.

I would have an easier time perfecting automotive fuel-cells, than understanding how to respond to women nowdays in a way they find likable!! If you get the patent on the perfected fuel-cell, you'll have no trouble finding women.

The REALLY sad thing is—had this country continued with the space program as it had during the Apollo days—I have NO doubt that fuel-cells would have been perfected into a cost-effective, safe, reliable form of power, for CONSUMERS, in cars, homes and businesses by now!!

I think women, as they get older, tend to dress more conservatively, even kind of frumpy.
I do neither.
Probably some women (less likely men) look at the clothes I wear and think they are too young. But, I wear what I like and, because I am very slim, it seems to work O.K. without looking too outrageous...
I do not wear very short, short skirts, nor do I bare my midriff, nor do I “do” cleavage, but pretty much anything else goes if I feel comfortable in it.
What do YOU wear? lol

What do YOU wear? lol LOL I dress like an overweight, middle-aged engineer. I mostly wear cargo pants when I can. As I've reached the point of needing glasses to read, the cargo pockets are great for keeping glasses handy. I also prefer keeping a cell phone in the pocket instead of on my belt. I typically wear shirts with breast pocket whenever I can. I love being able to keep a pen handy. I sometimes get free shirts without the pocket, and I wear them enough that they don't go to waste. As you can tell, I wear what's comfortable and practical. I have zero fashion sense.

Things are going fairly well. Three of my pets were willing to eat last night. I had to bother one of them a little to make her eat, but as far as I can see, she eventually did what she should. I'm happier when my pets are eating.
How's everything with you?
