random thoughts:

What is HK's history with Kapoor?

How many faxes has KH sent to Kapoor, 'you dont know me but..."? one time thing, always sent faxes that way? cya?

Birthdrugs may not be testable in a baby six months old, but both the nannies claim the baby ws routinely drugged thru Dec '06. Has a hair/nail test been done on the Baby since LB got visits? Why not? Why no court order? Wouldn't it be beneficial to do it now, before returning to the USA pediatrician? (time for drug to disappear) Sense of 'urgency' ?

Why no media on HK's P.I. ? nothing to find positive for HK?

any media on the Shelley's hiring of homicide lawyer to investigate?

documents from Rales office to confirm fax was sent wrong date? surely not the only fax sent that day from a law office?

Dr. Perper stated that there was 'no evidence of long-term drug abuse' Shelleys stated in Xmas 05 (six weeks)Anna had no drugs at all on her that they saw. How can one go from 'no drugs' to addicted by Feb 14th preg test, to 'detox' Apr (still not confirmed as detox?), then few drugs in May-Aug, no drugs/Methadone (abuse, not use) early Aug (shelleys) to "drug addict" Sep 7th?

no media on Annas' bloodwork Sep 4/5/6/7/8?

Why no physiological evidence of Anna consuming '1800 pills' between Jan and Feb 8th? Who was taking the pills instead? (only therapeutic levels in autopsy) Why only 3 or 4 tabs of Cipro, when Anna had been seriously ill approx 7 days? (I am making the assumption Anna was ill frm Fri (fax date), up to 7 days before her death) (cipro levels very minimal?) Why no orders for anyone else to drug test?

You raise MANY appropriate questions. I’m only responding to one, “Birthdrugs may not be testable in a baby six months old, but both the nannies claim the baby ws routinely drugged thru Dec ‘06. Has a hair/nail test been done on the Baby since LB got visits? Why not? Why no court order? Wouldn’t it be beneficial to do it now, before returning to the USA pediatrician? (time for drug to disappear) Sense of ‘urgency’”

Yes indeed there should be a sense of urgency since DL is in the continual presence of a person, HKS, who is engaged in a defacto co-parent-ship with LB. HKS is of concern b/c he is 1) a person with probable drug addiction problems (based on all KE’s prescriptions for him back in Jan, he should have to prove that at this point he’s clean);he is (2) a prime person of interest in an inquest where one person died of drug OD; he was (3) the manager or S.O of the child’s mother at the time of her death from unclear overdosage circumstances; and who has (4) been implicated in the previous drugging of the said child.

Also there is urgency b/c there is the likelihood of time and possibly HKS destroying any evidence of DL’s having received drugs. At this moment DL’s hair and nails are now almost 6mos out from the nannies’ alleged drugging.

If HKS were to shave DL’shead - could use the excuse of lice (?), the hidden follicular hair, as a repository of drug evidence, would only date back 2-6 weeks (from follicle to scalp). In that case, without the long growth, a sample after today (if for example he shaved it today)would only reveal what drugs DL might have been given from approximately April 1 forward. Similar for nails, but an even shorter time frame, infact her nail ends - the parts that are trimmable are probably a manifestation of what was going on 3-6 mos ago at this point and it will get more and more useless after this point in time.
