If it’s true. Who knows, maybe HKS is the one who is saying NO. According to that reporter, it is HKS who says he doesn’t want Vigie to have any part in ANY of this! Problem is, LB’s behavior suggests it’s Virgie as well...but then again, what choice does he have but to appear to suck up to HKS...he doesn’t have custody YET. And perhaps you’re right about the Horizon’s thing. Maybe Virgie and Larry know that the baby is in ‘good’ hands, and he’s happy and encouraging her to continue fighting HKS, simply because he (LB) can’t.
Do we know why the courts refuse to separate these issues? As long as LB is willing to give Virgie visitation, etc., why can’t the courts just transfer custody to LB and then deal with Virgie and HKS on the issues HKS keeps stopping/delaying?

Which is why they are together now in the same house, when LB could have moved the baby to a hotel or in a house with grandma on the island.
Since LB is the father, he has made the decision on what is best for his child, and it looks like he wants to keep Stern around as evidenced by his extolling of Stern’s virtue in the press, and he obviously is OK with Stern’s remaining in charge of Anna’s legal and financial machinations, regardless of his involvement in the deaths of Danial and Anna.
Maybe grandma can pierce this veil, and be some ck on Stern, but it looks unlikely.
