Virgie is mad because larry won't give her control over 1/2 of the babies money -- which right now the only certain money that child has is $1.7 million Larry had OK Magazine deposit into a trustfund in Dannielynn's name.
I will make you a bet: when all the cards are on the table we are going to find out Virgie's lawyers in Bahamas and Texas are counting on her getting 50% control in order to pay their expenses. If I am wrong, I'll eat crow, but the only reason Dannielynn and Larry are in Nassau is Virgie. Virgie, herself admitted it to MSNBC.
I have been waiting for someone to say that. I agree completely and am willing to sit down and eat crow with you if wrong.
Why didn’t Virgie want her picture taken when she FINALLY got to hold Dannielynn?? Just curious...since you think she is ALL ABOUT MONEY. Honestly, I was never FOR or AGAINST Virgie during any of this, and personally, I don’t ‘love’ the stance she has taken, but Dannielynn is her granddaughter, and I do think it is a good thing that Virgie was able to ‘hold’ her at least!
At this point, none of us know the FACTS...so what makes you think that Virgie couldn’t get as much money or more than Larry, if she were to write a book...or why didn’t she get her own pictures with Dannielynn and SELL THEM?? Even though, I have never been a Virgie FAN, per se, I do have to give her credit for being the ONLY one to honor the GAG order...and the only one (SO FAR) that hasn’t RUSHED out to make a dollar off of Dannielynn!! And for those of you who think Dannielynn is ‘in danger’ staying at Horizons, how do you know that Larry is not spending the nights there, as well as every day...or for that matter, how do you know that Dannielynn is NOT spending most of her time at the Nanny’s house! I just find it almost comical that some people think that Dannielynn would be left in a house or room ALONE with HKS at this point!! That is INSANE!! First of all, it is unlikely that he EVER spent time ALONE with Dannielynn at all, and since Larry was determined to be her biological father, the chance that HKS would be alone in her presence is even more preposterous! Does anyone here really think that HKS came back from FL after Anna died, and ‘took care’ of Dannielynn ALL on his own??? Please show me a video of HKS ‘babysitting’ a PUPPY for 4 hours!!! If he can do that, I will let him ‘view’ my baby for 15 minutes...but he CANNOT touch the baby!!!
There was also a trust fund started for DL by HKS that is reported to contain the proceeds from the funeral media coverage. According to Krista Barth (I saw the interview with my own 2 eyes) they asked Atty Milstein to be the trustee of the fund and he accepted. He will receive a fee for his services ... Yep, he got his hand in the till too. His job was done when the funeral was over. He could have said no to any involvement after that point.
I would agree with you that her attorneys probably do want her to get some control of the money so they can get paid a slice of it.
It's such a convoluted mess - because the inquest has continued to be postponed and that's not by Virgie. That's by Stern.
And Stern, not Virgie, was the person who first said the transition time would be a month.....then it shortened to two weeks....but that was not Virgie who said that from the very day that LB was shown to be the father of the baby. So, at that time, I was blaming STERN for keeping the baby there. HE is the only one saying if it were up to him, the baby and Larry would not continue to be battling over this.
I just don't believe one word Stern says. Every time Stern speaks he attacks Virgie. I simply cannot side with Stern against her.
But, then, again, all the players in this saga are in one way or another - a mess.
