In the video, the reporter says Virgie wants 3 things: 1)guardianship, 2) guaranteed visitation, and 3) a custodial role in any future inheritance Dannielynn might receive.
I found several different descriptions of guardianship, and they didn't specify exactly what Virgie wanted. If she is asking for guaranteed visitation, it doesn't sound to me that she is asking for full custody. Seeking a 'custodial role' over possible future inheritance does not necessarily mean she is seeking the money for personal gain. I believe you posted that you heard/read that she didn't want a 'cut of the money'. I think she may be trying to find a way to keep HKS from manipulating LB into letting him control the estate and earnings. I don't know what's really going on, but I do know I don't trust HKS, and I do not feel sorry for him. He sure as hell didn't feel sorry for anyone that stood in his way to CONTROL everything he could - until the Courts could not deny LB was the biological father. After that, he had no choice but to try to butter up LB. Unfortunately, it appears his conniving and manipulating is working on LB. Some say LB needs to play along with HKS, but I think he's gone overboard to a degree.
I've wondered what LB meant by saying he might be leaving with 2 reserved seats Wednesday or one. HKS can't leave the Bahamas until after the inquest into Daniel's death, can he?
That’s one thing I don’t understand. Everyone (the media) is acting like he is just a stand up guy for not giving LB any trouble in being with his daughter, well, did he have a choice?!?! I mean after it was out that LB was her dad, how would it have made him look to still keep him from her?? BUT, what about all those months of doing everything in his power to prevent the DNA in the first place? And going on international TV and claiming to be her father? Does LB have that short of a memory or is he do grateful for anything at all that he will appreciate it? That’s a sociopath for you, take away take away take away until you are grateful for a crumb. And you are entitled to the whole piece of cake!

All Larry meant was he hadn’t decided or didn’t know if he could hold the baby on his lap (under age 2)...or whether it would be better to buy the extra seat so the baby could sleep or whatever in the special baby seats. He’ll probably get the two seats and do what ever works best for the moment.
