I do, too - I like the sound of “Wells Fargo Bank.”
LOL, I was picturing that wizened little old man who became Lucy Ricardo’s money manager on I Love Lucy. He was sooo mean to her and she had to beg for pennies.
Then she had to come up with money-making schemes with Ethel to circumvent that man. I can’t remember exactly how it went, but she somehow overheard someone in their apt building say something or write what she thought was a hot stock tip.
She and Ethel put a bunch of money into Canadian Allied Petroleum. Lost their shirts. Turns out, it was just someone’s grocery list and it was dog food — “1 Can All-Pet.”
~LOL~ I remember that.. I loved I Love Lucy! Those were the good ole days.
Interestingly enough, WELLS FARGO BANK (named as 4th choice of Executor in Anna’s 2001 Will) is the ONLY Executor named that is NOT EXEMPT (since it is a ‘corporate executor’) from LIABILITY under the Will. See “Section 3.7 Liability of Executor” in Anna’s Will. That means that ANY executor EXCEPT Wells Fargo Bank is EXEMPT from liability for any act, default or obligation of the Estate UNLESS the Executor’s bad faith, willful misconduct, or gross negligence can be PROVEN! I just think it’s interesting that the “Liability Clause” doesn’t apply to Wells Fargo Bank (as a corporate executor). It only applies to “HKS and friends” apparently!!
