Whoa.. where did you find this? I certainly hope Kim Bassenger uses this to get a restraining order against him once and for all and keeps him away from that child... I can only imagine how he has already screwed with her when he has visitation..... if a judge keeps allowing visitation after that the judges are all as messed up as Baldwin.

Alec Baldwin Responds to Audio Clip

ET has the actor's statement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ALEC BALDWIN has released a statement to ET regarding an audio clip that surfaced on the Internet earlier today. In the clip, Alec speaks heatedly while purportedly leaving a message for his 11-year-old daughter, IRELAND, whose mom is Alec's ex, KIM BASINGER.

The "30 Rock" star's spokesman tells us: "In the best interest of the child, Alec will do what the mother is pathologically incapable of doing ... keeping his mouth shut and obeying the court order. The mother and her lawyer leaked this sealed material in violation of a court order. Although Alec acknowledges that he should have used different language in parenting his child, everyone who knows him privately knows what he has been put through for the past six years."
