It sounds so logical, why do you think this hasn’t been done. Are their phone records off limits, technically irrelevent, or not in someone’s legal jursidiction?
Sounds like the cops should have asked for a warrant to get this stuff. Why couldn’t they get one??

The Seminoles have the phone records and it was announced a few weeks ago that they will never be made public.
The behavior of the SPD is as suspicious as Stern’s.
I wonder if a civil suit is filed-if the Seminoles will be forced to give up all their investigative info ( or lack thereof ) to the attorneys ?
Or do they have blanket immunity from ever revealing any information, regardless of the legal venue ?

IMHO, Eroshevich calling Anna thursday a.m., when Anna was obviously spewing bodily fluids all over the room, and not reacting to get her assistance..is equivalent to Moe, sitting up watching tv 'all nite until 3am and then from 6am on' 'to see something good about Anna' (to see if they were coming to get him/Eroshevich/etal IMO)
Rales' needs to check his dayplanner - he told us the ice bath was tuesday IIRC
