IF that is her motivation, I understand it. As an observation, barring foul play, she appears to be a better candidate for departure.
I realized that a turnover of DL would not occur Friday, but reports indicated Virgie and LB were working out their arrangement Thursday for Friday’s hearing and that temporary custody would be assigned (with a ‘transition period’).
I’ve read nothing that indicated LB would deprive VA of a grandmotherly role. Delay just extends the danger to DL and provides more cover for HKS. It is BAD.

I think Virgie and Larry sitting down was a sign that Howard wasn't the "great negotiator" or "Cracker" if you will.
I also think there's a possibility that there's an old will...prior to the appearance of Howard and it names Virgie as the guardian and executor. He has to make sure they don't look at a prior will...because it may be a consideration if this 2001 will is thrown out. Howard has to kill off Virgie...legally.
