Exactly. It is the only thing that makes sense. Why this was not done is a mystery.

That's the most likely scenario.

Remember how nice everyone thought Howard was to let Virgie see the baby...but wouldn't let her hold the baby. He's just so nice. He likes the game because he has the power to keep her out of the Horizons. It's his home until proved otherwise.

The ideal outcome, but in my opinion, Virgie and lawyers will not settle for that.

Because Howie says that (according to the video), Anna didn't want Virgie near that baby. Same story, different day. The next agreement will only require TWO agreeable parties, not THREE. The court did tell Howard to take a walk today. It's like the other day, when Larry was deemed the father and he stepped to the mike and said he was disappointed.

He just didn't say he was disappointed today. Very clever wording!! As long as people get fed that you're the good guy...right Howard??

Oh, I agree...but remember, in the Bahamas, LB is still ‘only’ the biological father. He’s still under HKS’s thumb, so to speak, until a proper ‘transition’ takes place...and we all know who’s idea that was! LB was probably just too nice to say NO...I’m sure that ‘someone’ convinced him this was in the best interest of DL....when it’s really ONLY in the best interest of HKS!
