I wonder if now that the results of the paternity are out perhaps LB can go back to that judge in California and get custody there and have it enforced throught the Hague Convention. I think he needs to get this out of the Bahamas.

I don’t know. Poor guy has spent close to a million dollars already trying to get custody of his own child.

This would be equivalent to court kidnapping to not allow a parent who is fit to have custody!! He does need Opri and he needs her to get this in a US court. It took a Bahamian court to get the DNA test, now he needs an American court to order the release of his CHILD to him.

Custody is one thing. Fatherhood is another. The Ca court accepted the Bahama Birth Certificate but I believe they asked for the DNA prior so when the father is acknowleged, they just may say he still has to take a DNA test.

He's going to try to say: Okay...Larry is the father so there's no need for my DNA. But one never knows because it pre-existed the DNA test with Larry. That's not what the order said. Add IIRC to all this and IMO...and anything else you might think of.
