The big thing in law case in being on the offensive. Giving away "clues" is either "offense" or stupid.

In Seidlin's Court, there was absolutely no reason for Larry to let the information out regarding the "Mommy, Daddy thumb print book" on the record except to say: "Howard is a liar and I can prove it".

My best bet is that Howard went on the defensive and and was forced to "make his moves" because he knew what he was up against "hard evidence" AND ANNA.

The first step was convincing her to go to the Bahamas where her money would be safe from Larry and creditors and the possibility of drug tests on the baby. Did she have a choice?? (Remember, HOWARD'S MEDIA said any claims are just for the money.)

Boy, if he could cut a deal and Larry had gone away. It would have been perfect........If two people hadn't died.

So, if I were Larry, I WOULD sit down and talk to Howard...and see what kind of deal and "sign off" papers and "confidentiality statements" he would like me to sign". Then I'd tell him to stick it...and I think that's exactly what Larry did.

As far as confidentiality agreements...They're kinda phoney...because they are usually one-sided and/or under threat.

I'm trying to think how Howard is a victim. It simply doesn't compute. He's living in a Mansion in the Bahamas with a big boat, a big contract with ET, and probably accounts and insurance policies with monies we never dreamed of.

His problem is getting rid of this baby without giving up any rights he has to ANYTHING that has come to him in the last year.

I hope they give HOWARD ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS to the baby.
