I heard that it was a procedural hearing, and I also heard the report that HKS attorney's did not show up.

What I didn't hear was that they had requested the hearing. Could be, but I didn't hear that part of it.

Have Howard’s attorney’s abandoned him?? Monies depended on Dannie Lynn being Howard’s charge. Either he’s gonna have to show where the money is hidden....or sell portraits and diaries via the web. Portraits and diaries that aren’t his, may I add.
