I think folks might be right about Virgie being appointed Guardian ad Litem and that Larry is agreeable to that with "unrestricted free access". There's some paperwork to be done to get the baby birth certificate and documents to get her back to the states with the PROPER credentials and also declaring Howard's "fatherhood" paper null and void.

Howard's face is always so bland. But you'll see him "seething" on Tuesday.

I hope Howard gets hauled out of the Horizons on that same day and since I believe Bonnie is there, I believe the PLAN is to move into Bonnie's "extra room" at the hotel.

There might also be an order issued that Howard can't leave the Island before the inquest occurs. As a US citizen, he isn't compelled to be at the Inquest as far as I know.

I haven't been able to follow the case although I was enthralled with all the legal tangles. Can anyone give me a short synopsis of what's going on since ANS has been buried.

And why do you think that Virgie would be appointed as GAL if Larry is the father? Or isn't he the bio father? And what court is this all taking place?
