Whatever gets decided concerning custody in the Bahamas—does that get argued AGAIN in the US? (I’m not talking about DNA because there is no arguing that)

Some say that the courts will honor the Bahamian courts. I say it could still be fought here in the US after the baby is brought here.

I believe the corrected Birth certificate will be forwarded to Ca to correct their record. It was used by them in a case regarding obtaining DNA from Howard. I don’t know how the case went but it’s possible it could be revived and frankly, I find it likely because it was a standing order which was stopped only because of the erroneous birth certificate.
