Would to God they would shut up about it until it's been settled. But they won't. Another hammer to shut down whatever they don't like.

Correct! It has to go up before a probate judge first.
Tonight on Greta, I swear she was reading my mind! She was going in the direction that if the will is invalidated, there is nothing to put in trust via an executor. The money goes to the estate only and thereby, Dannielynn. She believes a new executor, the father, would be the next logical pick.
No one wanted to speculate, but I think she has a great legal argument there. She also pointed out that it remains to be if Stern will push for executorship by trying to validate the will in a possible probate fight.
We'll have to wait and see. Tomorrow we're only going to get DNA results.
