MORE IMPORTANTLY, you can’t tell me that Larry didn’t KNOW that he needed the new BC and Passport TO LEAVE the Bahamas! I know if I KNEW IT, that HE HAD TO HAVE KNOWN IT! So, why wasn’t this done right after the ‘paternity’ test?? I don’t believe that Virgie was stopping Larry from getting the Birth Certificate changed or getting DL’s Passport! Larry was PROBABLY relying on HKS’s ‘extensive knowledge of the Bahamian system!! And HKS probably told him that he had to wait until AFTER COURT on Friday to get those things done!!!! Knowing full well, that it would give him 2 more days with Larry and Dannielynn (that he could, of course, BLAME on Virgie) to make sure Larry is ‘on board’ with the plan to move into the Studio City house...like ONE BIG HAPPY ‘ALTERNATIVE’ FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!
BTW...Richard C. Milstein....(remember him, he was Dannielynn’s Guardian ad litem in FL, and he is speculated to be the ACTUAL ‘TRUSTEE’ of a ‘not yet confirmed TRUST for DL’), well Richard C. Milstein has a SPECIALTY PRACTICE AREA of “Alternative Family Planning”!! Is this a COINCIDENCE or a CONENIENCE for HKS and Larry??
All I can say is that if Larry takes Dannielynn and moves into ANS’s Studio City house, I will be devastated. I pray that Larry’s family will ‘guide him’ to make the right decisions! But the minute he starts unpacking at Anna’s old house and Howard is there to help him, I will start launching my letter campaign to Larry’s family, Virgie, CA Child Services and everyone else I can think of, to get Dannielynn OUT of that housse and environment!!
Dutch Police Dig for Clues in Natalee Holloway Case at Suspect Joran van der Sloot’s Home

ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Dutch police on Friday searched the yard of a one-time suspect in the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, the Aruban prosecutors’ office said.
Using thin metal rods and shovels, police and forensic investigators churned up the earth outside the home of Joran van der Sloot, the last person known to have seen Holloway alive before she vanished nearly two years ago during a school vacation on the Dutch Caribbean island.
“The investigation has never stopped and the Dutch authorities are completely reviewing the case for new indications,” Vivian van der Biezen, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor’s office, told reporters gathered outside the home.
About 20 investigators arrived from the Netherlands on June 16, van der Biezen said. She said they also searched the home, but she could not say why. They left after a couple hours inside the walled property.
A statement from the prosecutors’ office said: “The team has indications that justify a more thorough search.”
Holloway, an 18-year-old from Mountain Brook, Alabama, vanished in the early hours of May 30, 2005, the last day of a five-day vacation to celebrate her high school graduation with 124 other students.
She was seen leaving a bar with van der Sloot, then 17, and two Surinamese brothers. The brothers, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, were jailed and later released after a judge ruled there was not enough evidence to hold them.
Van der Sloot, a Dutch citizen who has been attending college in the Netherlands, was jailed for about three months. He has said he left Holloway alone on a beach after they kissed and he did not harm her.
Calls made to the law office of Paulus van der Sloot, the suspect’s father, were not immediately returned Friday.
At least 10 people have been arrested and released without charges. Hundreds more have been questioned.
The Dutch marines, the local coast guard, the FBI, hundreds of volunteers and others have scoured the island’s dunes, beaches and trash dumps for Holloway. Scuba divers and sonar-equipped coast guard ships have also examined the seabed.

Sure wish I knew the details on the status of that house right now, what with the transfer or sale of Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. to the San Diego guy.
We don’t know if he paid the back franchise taxes and got the corporation or just the name, or if the house was still an asset of the corporation and if its back property taxes were paid. If so, who owns the house now? Skane or ANS’s estate, partially with HKS?
Guess we’ll find out with probate.
Among many other things that were wrong in the posts was that they mixed up Anna’s ex-husband Billy with Anna’s half-brother Hart, in (what should have been) the SDD description.
Me too...even though Wells Fargo, as a ‘corporate executor’ is NOT afforded the same UNLIMITED CONTROL as the other three executors! As a corporate executor, Wells Fargo is not awarded COMPLETE CONTROL of the Estate. If the Executorship is awarded to any of the THREE named Executors BEFORE Wells Fargo, the Executor has COMPLETE CONTROL of the ESTATE unless bad faith, willful misconduct, or gross negligence is PROVEN!

Someone e-mailed during Gretas show that the thin rods were actually drill bits. Then, she had Joe Taco-pino on and I tuned out!
What I worried about when ET said HKS was headed to L.A. right away was that Larry’s much-needed stay in KY might keep him away from the courthouse in L.A. and without a US atty for the now-official Dannielynn, there is only one person positioning himself to initiate those probate proceedings for ANS’s estate, such that it is.
I’d hate to think that HKS told LB in strictest confidence that there is no money in the estate, only debts, and that he, HKS, as “nominated executor,” is quite capable of handling it and “making it go away.”
LB could wake up one day and find out he didn’t even own the rights to Dannielynn’s images, much less Dannielynn owning the rights to Anna’s.

Apart from a guest spot on Ally McBeal and Veronica’s Closet, and a gig with Penn and Teller, opportunities were pretty slim for Anna in 1999; noone was offering her much of anything. She started to gain weight as the lack of good offers led to her becoming depressed again, on her way back down from the highs of the middle of the decade.

Jan, 2000 - Mark Hatten says it was this month he was introduced to Anna. He claims to have made a sex tape entitled ‘bedroom scenes/swimming pool dreams” and says that Anna was in possession of that tape. He also claims that he and Anna tried to have a baby and were planning to get married, and that Anna had ‘two miscarriages’ (the first in June, ‘00). He said they had seen a (fertility?) doctor who asked for sperm samples from Mark. Hatten says that when he gets out of jail, he will ‘tell all’ about HKS. Mark says that his relationship with Anna lasted thru 2002, until HK pressed charges of stalking against him. Mark is currently doing time, and expects to be released with good behavior sometime this fall.

Although I cannot say for a FACT that JANE DEVIN is writing as a VICTIM or even on behalf of a VICTIM, I HONESTLY feel that she is someone who cares about abused children and wants the best for them! I do not believe IN ANY WAY that she would or could victimize children herself! That prospect is INSANE to me! Certainly, you don’t believe that I am promoting a book about child abuse on this site?? well, if LB is going to testify at the inquest that Daniel was a druggie, than I'd just as rather he stayed away all together, because I'd hate for his testimony to lead to HK walking. Daniel never hurt anyone. Of all people, it's he that deserves justice, and peace.
