What I worried about when ET said HKS was headed to L.A. right away was that Larry’s much-needed stay in KY might keep him away from the courthouse in L.A. and without a US atty for the now-official Dannielynn, there is only one person positioning himself to initiate those probate proceedings for ANS’s estate, such that it is.
I’d hate to think that HKS told LB in strictest confidence that there is no money in the estate, only debts, and that he, HKS, as “nominated executor,” is quite capable of handling it and “making it go away.”
LB could wake up one day and find out he didn’t even own the rights to Dannielynn’s images, much less Dannielynn owning the rights to Anna’s.
I’m going to have faith that Larry’s smarter than that and has been and will get good advice from his attorneys and his family:)
When it comes to goat-boy, there is no "bottom level". I think this is exactly why he is planning on high tailing it back to Los Angeles. Can't anyone stop him?
