I think the court ordered that the baby remain where it is and that HKS cooperate with LB to make the transition. I believe that LB will be free to take the baby on Wednesday after being given legal custody.
LB will petition the court to allow him to leave the Bahamas and return voluntarily in June for a final hearing on Virgie’s petitions. Virgie will try to block that fearing he will not return.
I think LB will get permission to leave (I don’t think the Bahamas would actually care if he took the case to California and didn’t return!) and will return to California.
At that time he can have his attorney’s file the probate in California with his daughter as sole heir. This is where HKS and LB can help eachother and negotiate the handling of the estate. If LB makes a deal with HKS there will be no competing claim with the will and it will avoid years of litigation.
Thats my guess. LB has already said he is tired of fighting and wants it to end. He is not a person that enjoys conflict while HKS had had a lifetime of it with ANS and against her enemies in court. He would have no problem continuing the battles if necessary.
You are exactly right about Howie’s eyes. They are dead. Cold. Even when he is smiling - which is not that often.
LB may look up to him, and look to him to take care of things, just as Anna did.

No one thought of Anna’s grief and horror over losing Daniel, and it was CYA all the way. Excellent point about the injectable vitamin theory. However, things like B-12 needs to be injected, as well as Lasix through an IV. Her liver had to be shot at this point. IV and drugs delivered by suppository bypass the liver. Didn’t she have medicated suppositories, or did she just get it by shots? I’m not talking about the CH or Methadone, but all the other crap.

I would agree with you that her attorneys probably do want her to get some control of the money so they can get paid a slice of it.
It's such a convoluted mess - because the inquest has continued to be postponed and that's not by Virgie. That's by Stern.
And Stern, not Virgie, was the person who first said the transition time would be a month.....then it shortened to two weeks....but that was not Virgie who said that from the very day that LB was shown to be the father of the baby. So, at that time, I was blaming STERN for keeping the baby there. HE is the only one saying if it were up to him, the baby and Larry would not continue to be battling over this.
I just don't believe one word Stern says. Every time Stern speaks he attacks Virgie. I simply cannot side with Stern against her.
But, then, again, all the players in this saga are in one way or another - a mess.

So true! Chilling. IMO, He could get a job on a redo of the Munsters. But even then, those actors were only ACTING like they were dead. HKS’s eyes seem worse, like he has nothing behind them. Some vast dead emptyness. And he has mannerisms to match that “deadness.”
I can’t figure out if it’s a sociopathic indicator or profound depression or drugs or all of the above.
But whatever the reason, HKS’s eyes certainly project an unconcerned-with-anyone-or-anthing malevolency (spelling).

Lasix, maybe,don’t know without doing some research, but I’ve seen B-12 given IM to hospice and home care clients.
Just taking their actions and words to the press, at face value, it seems that LB will return to CA, and Stern will later follow.
They will work a deal on the legal stuff, and together they will raise the baby, and keep them all financially stable, either at an enormous level, (Marshall money), or at a simi-enormous level, (Anna’s future earnings).
LB and Stern have an emotional bond, like brothers, imo. And LB is the sweet one, lol.
Stern will never allow any white trash Texans to be involved with Anna’s child, never. Anna's agent at the time of the Guess Jeans contract said as much, it would be bad for her image, as it will the baby's.
And LB obviously agrees.

I thought this was odd too and needs investigation. After spending 5 months with ANS, KE all of a sudden leaves witin hours of her death?
LB probably sees Stern as a man that just “loved Anna and Daniel to death”, he gives him the benefit of the doubt as a enamored enabler of their drug use.
Of course if it was white trash Grandma who had enabled for decades, she would be called on it, not forgiven as having loved to much.
Yes, he is obviously more comfortable with Stern than he is with Grandma, being he has to make a living in Hollywood and all.

Well in terms of difficulty I think Stern’s made an amazingly efficient exchange... Don’t you think a baby and “wanna fit in” boy present far fewer management problems than his former meal ticket?” Isn’t is amazing/appalling how this goes on? ALMOST as if by opportunistic, sinister design. Somewhere HKS will be giving an interview about the “irony” of it all. And RIGHT under everyone’s noses!

I remember all that gay talk about LB when he first filed, before Anna’s death.
I just don’t think he lives that lifestyle at all, who knows tho, he still is very sweet, and I’m sure his Kentucky family will be heavily involved with the baby.
Here’s hoping she spends her summers in Kentucky, and someday says “Dad, I want to live here now”!
Danny had held Howard hostage but would soon turn 21 and the books would have to be opened for all the world to see.
When Danny died, he again held Anna hostage and I'm certain he blamed her meds for his death. Her drugs became "mind controlling". The "control" of her two closest confidants became all her thoughts and ultimately "evidence via video" became the strategy of their plans...
But Howard became her hostage at some point...a point very near the new inquest for Danny. She never caught on to KE. She was the one she dumped on (like I do with my best friend)...and everything went right back to Howard.
I believe that Anna told KE that she did remember what happened. That she did see Howard give Danny something. That she did see him move him. That at the inquest, she would blow Howard out of the water.
I can hear KE saying that "Howard said you had a memory lapse? at the hospital. No one will ever believe you. You married him and even put him as the father on the birth certificate. They'll just think that you want to blame someone and he was the person nearest to Danny that night. The drugs are in your history book...not Howard's. (The reason for the whacked out videos).
Those two SOB's were really blackmailing Anna before she died. I can't even imagine all the videos that Howard had socked away.
Anna never caught on to KE but she was nevertheless going to testify and Howard couldn't let that happen.
So here we are...We now have TWO DEAD PEOPLE...and a man who says: "Big deal" to those deaths. His arch rival is now his buddy. And Anna's mother is some kind of misfit.
Does Howard not have an ounce of compassion for a woman who lost a daughter and a grandson while they were in his care?? Did she have to go to court to attend her own daughter's funeral? Did Larry have to go to court to attend the funeral of the woman who bore his child?
Howard is COLD and KE is just as COLD.
My bet is that there was an old will...one that made Virgie the guardian for Daniel and executor of her estate. (Finding it is OQ's job.)
Howard MUST DESTROY VIRGIE because if that comes to light, it is hard evidence of a likely sustained challenge to Howard's role as both guardian and executor. (The real reason for the "I Hate Mommy's Video".) We think it's about the baby...but I think it's because of a previous will.
Howard could care less if Virgie sees the baby. The "Anna said" is a farce. It's something else...and my instincts say a previous will...one drawn when she was of sane mind and not under Howard's control.
That is simply preposterous...
