Thread Number 3
How right you are. Something not quite normal about HKS.
That’s an old clip I’m sure.
Yes..that definitely must be it. Probably after they all came out holding hands.
That’s what it likely was. Darn.
Well, I’m not seeing custody on that list.
That is reasonable as long as LB gets custody and HKS has no visitation or other rights.
Exactly. But of course she’s going to be villified for it and the “it’s all about the money” mantra will start. Ohhhhh..like Howie isn’t about the money. Pop quiz who would you rather be executor..someone who helped the deceased obtain the drugs that killed her or the mother who was out of her life for 7 years due to inteference of the latter?
"Both sides want to make Dannielynn's transition from Howard K. Stern to Larry Birkhead a gradual one to avoid traumatizing the baby. Mr. Birkhead has suggested the transition will take 30 days."
Tony Potts reported the same:
"POTTS: I would tend to think it will be a quick resolution on Friday. I do know Larry wanted to extend a hand to Virgie Arthur, as he has done in the past, to let`s meet behind closed doors, without the lawyers. You know, you are the grandmother. I want you to have a part in her life, Dannielynn`s life. He`ll have that on Friday. If everything goes according to plan, there will be a 30-day period where Larry will bring his caregiver over. They`ve already done all the behind the scenes work, as far as all the child services folks. So they`ve vetted everybody out.
And then there will be a transition period for those 30 days. Larry will probably get a place down here for the next couple of days to stay here for 30 days as that transition happens. Some time in mid May, he will take Dannielynn home to Los Angeles.
So if that was reported before today, how can anyone make the assumption Mr. Birkhead intended to leave sooner? The best scenario was 2 weeks. The greater scenario, MID-MAY, and the one which Stern preferred, was 4 weeks. Now all of a sudden he wants to leave tomorrow? I'm not buying that.
Well... I’ll say it then, it’s all about the money.
Why? Because people believe what they want to believe. Facts be d*mned.
