I agree with both of you. I can not believe that so many have now turned on LB. I will be really glad when some real news comes out re: custody and guardianship, until then it seems as if the flavor of the day is just to bash Larry.

(not the exact words but you get the idea) They also mentioned that ANS told Howard to get away from her and out of her life at the funeral. She was drugged and slept for the next 3 days.”
(1) That part about Barrett would fit. KE could not - with everyone watching and having no license to practice in the Bahamas, give anyone an injection, but her Bahamian hospital psychiatrist, following her as an outpatient certainly could.
(2) With regard to her sleeping/ being drugged afterwards... where was she. I’m confused. Was ANS home then or did she go back to the hospital. If she went back to the hospital, then Barrett would be “officially” responsible for her psychiatric medications. If she went home, well, then it’s anyone’s guess and probably the HKS or KE parties administering the meds.
(3) When I think about it, ANS looked, despite recovering from a C-section, more alert in some of the hospital pics with DL and Daniel than she ever looked afterward. She looked stoney/drugged in most of the later pics. Of course she was grieving afterwards, so it’s hard to say what was going on, but she probably wasn’t under Barrett’s care after the hospital or even if she were OFFICIALLY, HKS and KE had much more control over ANS outside the hospital.
(4) Barrett looks like he’s been a mover and shaker in the Bahamian political structure - he’s got his name on the advisors or supporter of every big function from about 1988 on, to have let his name get dragged through the mud with ANS, KE, and HKS. Barrett seems or appears from all his connections and upward movements to be too smart, too political to have wanted to end up looking like another pol “in bed with” them.
(5) It WOULD be nice to hear what he has to say.
The nanny said Barrett gave her an injection immediately before the funeral. I take it he was at her house. She must have been at the house afterwards because the nannies were there and these are the things they witnessed. Therefore, I do not believe she was hospitalized.
On a scale of 1-10 in judging people i’m about a 7-8. Ok 7.5
Keep in mind, Daniel died September 10th but wasn’t buried until October 19th. His burial also came after the “committment ceremony” on September 28th. Makes you wonder about that “ceremony” huh?

Virgie has the same legal bills as everyone else; her bahama attorneys aren’t free, either. And she, also, is a long way from the comforts of home. Virgie is the ONLY one who wasn’t present when drugs were being consumed. Yet she is vilified..i don’t get it.

I agree. I am Team Birkhead, but Virgie doesn’t have any photos to sell. I agree, she still has expenses and I couldn’t afford all that if it came up out of the blue.
You do an outstanding job at collecting information. I don’t know how you do so much with the ‘limitations’ you have going on in your life. Hopefully, things will be better for you financially and physically before long, and there’s no telling what we will see from you! :-) Thanks for all the hard work you do to help us stay informed.

Umm, I have three that weren’t ‘planned’, LOL! My husband got mad once and said “You said our children were mistakes” I got mad back and said NO I DIDN’T! I said they were ACCIDENTS, big difference, haha. He got the difference then.
Some drugs can cause memory loss and mental confusion.
I have been away and now I read here that Larry Birkhead is bi-sexual. Not him and Howard???? He should never be around Howard Stern without a lawyer.
I am disappointed in Larry although not terribly surprised considering his taste in women. No wonder Virgie Arthur wants a legal say in Dannielynn's life. I hope he will mature and keep Dannielynn away from Howard Stern. Two persons are already dead under Howard Stern's watch. What's the chance of that (and considering the timing)?

Thanks for the reminder. That puts my conclusions re Barrett versus KE and HKS as who might have been the main “medicators” into a different framework.

I give LB more credit than that. I am going to wait and see what happens when he gets his daughter out of the clutches of HKS! I suspect it will be a whole new ballgame.
I already voiced my opinions on the “rumors” yesterday and do not wanna go back there again due to “venting” frustrations LOLOL
We don’t know for a fact LB is bisexual and he is denying the truthfulness of the claims of accuser.
That being said, I don’t think any of us would be shocked if it turned out to be true after all. ANS and HKS seemed to seek out gays and bisexual people to fill their world and Larry was in the inner circle for 19 months.
I don’t think I would have lasted 19 minutes ... lol! Traditional values and lifestyle were not a good fit around that group of people.
Even if LB turns out to be bi he is still the best choice out of the motley crew to raise that child.
Well, we know Barrett was on the scene at least from the day of the funeral on. I have to wonder WHY KE needed to prescribe anything, from that point on, especially since she was not licensed in the Bahamas.
Since Barrett is a self-reported former addict he may have wanted her to be withdrawn instead of medicated and was met with resistance. LB talked about the duffle bag in the hospital in April/May 06 when she was pregnant and supposedly being withdrawn. LB said they were taking drug from the duffle bag to give to ANS which thwarted the detox efforts.
Why else would KE be prescribing to ANS if there was a licensed addiction expert able to do it? Either Barrett refused to get involved in her care beyond medicating her for the funeral or he was actively involved and KE was prescribing extra on the side without his knowledge. The other option is he knew what was going on and turned a blind eye or was involved himself. In any case, I want to hear what he has to say and wonder why his name is not on the inquest list. If he heard the ANS screams and accusations to HKS at the funeral and/or he was treating her in any way, then his take on things would be VERY relevant.

My only thought about this whole LB was a willing participant in their “inner circle gay/bi world” theory is this.
If he was a willing participant then why did he argue with her about it all the time? Why did he try to get her off the drugs? Why was he pushed out of the inner circle if he was just a willing part of the whole thing? Birds of a feather flock together and he was definitely on the outs, if you know what I mean.
That is why I don’t believe that theory. Of course, this is just my 2 cents worth which doesn’t amount to a hill of beans to anyone but me I am sure LOL
You make a lot of sense...Larry was where he needed to be as a celebrity photographer. Then ‘love’ happened, then ‘pregnancy’ happened and his KY (Kentucky) roots kicked in.
If we review our own social circles - they were usually comprised of college classmates, work colleagues or night-life cliques. Sometimes, they overlapped, but with marriage and children - we readjusted our peer groups and priorities....
