Thanks for the video link. Gomez sure looks down in the dumps. Reality is setting in, even though ET edited out Bonnie's threats. That still won't erase Stern's former intent, actions and litigations that should serve as a reminder to the young, non-legalese-educated, Birkhead.

Again, Birkhead would be a fool to run arm in arm with Stern at this point. It is BS. I agree.

Consider it as a maneuver that hopes to garner Stern sympathy in the public eye, either way. Whether Birkhead concedes to this newly printed Stern-wishlist or sits down with the villified Virgie to work out a plan in the best interests of Dannielynn, Stern appears as the hand that reached out that is either going to be given a handshake or a rude snub.

But it won't matter in the end because should Stern prove not to be the father, it's the end of the road for him. It's time for him to get on with his life and leave family to pick up the familial pieces, not disrupt them further. He's running out of legal angles.

This contrived relationship he's been trying to portray goes hand in hand with the farce that was plot to oust all of the players in this litigation from the very beginning. No one should trust him.

It would seem to me that Birkhead and Stern are not currently speaking because if they were, these types of negotiations would be held in private and not by challenging Birkhead publically through the media, as is being done with this new developement.

Birkhead would also do well in questioning who's paying Harvey Levin.

The onlyl ice bath that I recall was the one Monday Feb 5th when they say she had 105 temp. After that Monday they claimed ANS was doing better, temp never rose pass 100, that Tues or Wed.

oh I agree Harvey Levin is in Howie’s pocket = I just don’t know why - is he scared of that Kojak style PI? I think he is friends with Rale for one thing and maybe he gets a lot of his juicy stories from the PI and from Rale and that divorce firm he’s in - I don’t know - but something is fishy about Levin’s reaction to all of this.

Harvey is probably scared he will wind up settling a suite brought on by Lin Wood. How long has TMZ existed now. I know I posted it back on the first thread, but with all the twist and turns in this saga, it is easy to forget something so minor in the bigger scheme of things.

The one that I want to see if he does the tuck tail dance is O'Q!

The very first police news conference with Tiger: “Nothing out of the ordinary” — uhhhh with what we know now, there was a lot out of the ordinary IF they would have bothered to actually go up to room 607 and look around before 6:30 tht night (after the news conference they gave)... they were spinning from the minute they released the info she was dead.

Yes, I remember Debra Opri mentioning it when HKS was on the stand. She slipped it in right before she asked him if he was the biological father. I also remember O’Quinn mentioning it also.

I think I also remember an article in one of the Bahamian papers about it..some kind of check fraud or something. I’ll see if I can find it.
