The best we can hope is that KE turns out to be HK$’ worst nightmare...but what kind of defense could she possibly have for her participation in drugging Anna to death?

Maybe he thought he could sell it. Tape of Anna telling her mother of the heartbreak of Daniel's death?

The #1 reason he would have taped a phone conversation of Anna exonerating him for Daniel’s death would be for use in Daniel’s inquest. Which means he was planning for her not to be there!!!!

It did look “lighter” in color, quantity and texture in the earliest pix, which is why I think the baby hair has been replaced - it’s darker and thicker now, to my eyes.

I think you're right. Still... when LB finally gets DL, just for peace of mind, it might be worth it just to go ahead and have a strand of hair examined. JMO, of course!

The best thing for Dannielynn is to give full custody to Larry Birkhead. Virgie is not about to let that happen$$.

1) is Virgie sitting there with $1.6 million newly inked contracts ? or is it Birkhead that is? I doubt Virgie is even accepting a comped hotel room fcol.

2)Birkhead stands no chance of enjoying ANY benefits of full custody, if Stern is still Executor or Rales is Co-Executor. Birkhead can't get him removed; in fact, Birkhead just said the other day, he hadn't 'even thought' about wrongful death suits. Virgie can get Stern removed and Rales too.

It was more like the three-four.   ANS and HKS had their 'commitment ceremony' on September 28, while Daniel's body was in still in storage at the morgue.

LB's comment was pertinent because Opri made the following statement from the same clipreel about hiring a Bahamian attorney and a warning directed to ANS.  As has been confirmed, they did indeed commit a crime.

It sounds so logical, why do you think this hasn’t been done. Are their phone records off limits, technically irrelevent, or not in someone’s legal jursidiction?

Oh, I hope not. But why not. It’s so slimey at this point. So why wouldn’t OQ or someone subpoena the HKS and KE phone records? Are they just not considered relevent to any legal activities that are going on presently?

Howard probably has tapes of conversations ready to rebut any evidence that Virgie can produce.

He must have spent 24/7 planning his dirty deeds down to the last paperclip. Had nothing else productive or constructive in his useless life IMHO.

I read Jones's book. There is another book that is supposed to be better but I don't know the name of the author.

Maybe it was Dominick Dunne's take on the story where they showed Michael contacting a male hooker - and not the only one he contacted. His presence at the scene of two deaths even though many years apart helped to convict him.
