IMO there is no way that Virgie can get joint custody. I’m ready for Larry to go back to the U.S. with the baby ASAP. Virgie’s liable to annoy Larry to the point where he won’t invite her to his house for Dannielynn’s birthday parties...
Lin Wood came back in the original press release and said that Howard is not afraid of opening up his records and being under scrunity. I think that is all talk. He would be a fool to go up against lawyers who are not sympathetic to him. They don’t have enough empty styroform cups in all of Florida to cover up the dodging and lying he would have to do.

I think that is one statement with which everyone here agrees.
Dannielynn has been the priority as far as I’m concerned. Next on my list is justice. There should be a price paid for what happened to ANS - and especially to Daniel, whether it was through negligence or intent.
After that, let those with the uncuffed hands duke it out for the (I think bluebunny applied this term) ‘damned phantom money’.
I was not a fan/follower of ANS before her death, and sadly, my opinion of her hasn't changed after her death. Thank God, Daniel had Virgie to look after him the first few years of his life, and I hope LB gets DannieLynn away from HKS soon. I hope he will allow Virgie to visit, but I don't think Virgie should have custody. I'm not sure if her health is up to caring for a little one, and I don't think any of them should be wanting the baby just for financial reasons. Having said that, I can't criticize LB for making a deal to accept money for pictures of the two of them together. He can't rely completely on DL inheriting from the Marshall's...that's not a done deal, and he does have attorney fees to pay. Hopefully, the courts will order HKS to pay all LB's attorneys' fees and court costs, because he and ANS are responsible for having to have them.

Those pics are my favorites. They were done at Myrtle Beach and I don’t know who did it but the whole set looks very professional. I don’t think it was Larry because in one she’s kissing up on G. Ben....lol. I never watched her show and I always thought she was a trainwreck. A person who was given lots of opportunities and just squandered them. Before she died I really began to dislike her immensely because of the Bahama situations, running from Larry, talking smack about her mom and Larry on ET, and just being an all round skank. I still believe Daniel got ahold of the wrong cup and to hide from guilt she just immersed herself in drugs.
I don’t blame Larry for one bit if he sells those pics. I’m also sure Larry is getting paid a pretty penny since this scandal started. Remember he was her private photographer so all those pics we see of her looking slim and fit were probably taken by him and everytime they show up on website, magazine, or on TV our Larry is getting a piece of the pie. Not sure what kind of contract he has but that’s how I intepreted his testimony in the Fl. court.
I think the reason Barth is in on this is because she hasn’t gotten paid for the Florida stuff and Stern probably worked this out with her. Crappy headed media Ho!!!

Finally home from vacation - where computer problems put me out of the loop! Missed the DNA celebrations - bummer!!!
Want to take a few minutes to comment on the Virgie component. Poor Virgie - she is still the “estranged mother” not the grieving mother, not the brave grandmother, not the prophetic mother - and Anna’s still dead FGS!!!!
Let us not forget - here is a grandmother who has generously and gracefully supported Larry’s custody battle - even though he was not married to her daughter and was unsuccessful in getting her off drugs during TWO pregnancies. Seems to me that Larry was just as helpless in preventing Anna’s self-destruction as Virgie.
Let us also not forget that Virgie is still reeling from the heinous deaths of Daniel and Anna - and the refusal of everyone to allow her to see her own granddaughter.
Why are we questioning Virgie’s motives? If she was “after Anna’s money” she would have pandered to her daughter throughout the years. Did she? Hell no - she did her best as a 28 year law enforcement officer.
If even a tiny percentage of Donna Hogan’s contradictory interview anecdotes are true - there is one hero in the vast Hogan/Arthur family and that one person, it seems to me, is Virgie.

What are the Robin diaries? I’m not familiar with any other diaries, besides the 1992 and 1994 ones that were bought by the German man on Ebay and are being auctioned off again now. Do you have a link to the information on these ‘new’ diaries? Thanks, in advance!

That right there is the thing i keep going back to wrt Virgie. That's why i'm not buying that she's the rotten apple in this thing.
And wrt Larry saying he doesn't care about the money. I hope he's just saying that now, because he has a responsibility as Dannielynns father to get that money that his daughter is entitled to. And furthermore, he has a responsibility on behalf of Dannielynn to pursue the cause of Anna's and Daniels deaths. He needs to push for that eventually; after he's got Dannielynn securely in his arms. He really should be considering Virgie as his ally. I don't think she has bad intentions. She just wants some assurance that she won't get a bad handshake deal. She just wants to be part of her granddaughters life. To what degree she wants to be involved i don't know. Asking for joint custody is asking for too much. But for some kind of visitation, yes, and I don't blame her if she wants to get that in writing.
Somehow, HKS is behind this custody problem. I just know it.

I agree regarding Virgie. I’m not willing to toss her from the boat just yet. Can you imagine the guilt she must be feeling right now? Think about it. She raised Daniel and then he was gone and she never had a chance to make up with Anna and then she was gone. Guilt and remorse and lawyers whispering in her ears may be leading her to do things that in the long run will drag this out and maybe she’s not seeing it like we are.
