You are correct WhiteGuy - if the Anna Nicole Smith death inquiry is a reflection of the thoroughness of Florida coroners’ and law enforcement’s competence, we all need help - including you and yours.
LIST OF ISSUES CONCERNING THREE US CITIZENS, TO BE INVESTIGATED AND RESOLVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH US LAW
This case has not been so much about the Tabloid Anna Nicole Smith, but the legal crises surrounding;
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Media bias and slanderous assaults against the Southern Baptist/Christian biological family of the TWO deceased and ONE LIVING minor US citizen being held hostage in a foreign country.
WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES CAN PUT EACH OF US IN CERTAIN JEOPARDY. A REVIEW OF ALL THE “LEGAL” RULINGS TO DATE CAUTIONS US TO NEVER LEAVE OUR AFFAIRS SOLELY, IN THE CONTROL OF LAWYERS OR JUDGES.

Possibly, but I don’t think so. I think the IV line placed in her neck was done by emergency when they arrived.
What’s interesting, I haven’t been able to find, unless I missed it, a record of Anna’s condition when they arrived at the scene, only the information Perper gave of her ‘condition’ when he finally saw her. If she had an IV, even for a day or two before she died, unless Team Stern removed it, it should have been noted by Perper. Of course, that doesn’t mean that KE wouldn’t have just explained it away.

ummmm, and I was wondering if she knew that abruptly stopping all those meds Anna had been on...like her seizure med, and the methadone, etc., would have killed her. It makes no sense to me why KE would have been ordering drugs for Anna that never showed up in the Autopsy!

Did Moe ACTUALLY hear her say she didn’t want to go to the hospital or did he just “parrot” what Howard and KE said.
If someone is so drugged or “out of their mind”, do they really have the ability to make a decision.
She begged KE not to leave, too. So, it’s not like they “ALWAYS” followed Anna’s wishes.”
Great points! I doubt she said she didn’t want to go to the hospital. More likely, someone’s agenda did not include a trip to the hospital. The CH probably kept her so drugged up, she couldn’t even ask. But what I can’t figure out is, if she was THAT out of it, especially that morning...like she was on ‘her death bed’, how did they manage to get that last dose of CH in her?

Actually, there were several drugs that KE had been ordering (laundry list) and giving Anna that were stopped. They did not show up in the Autopsy. Anna’s seizure med was one of them!
