207 friends? That’s lame by myspace standards. My daughter has way more than that. And this guy is a public figure.
BTW, my daughter is an adult and she keeps out anyone who she doesn’t know directly or know thru a friend or who is annoying or creepy. So please no lectures about myspace.
So maybe HKS has kept out all the people who were posting him nasty messages and is left with only 207. Bonbon, and his brother, KE, Dr. Wecht, Perper, Milstein, the two guncles, Jami Floyd, The ET guy-who are the other 197 people who actually like this guy?

From what I saw of the autopsy report, it appeared Perper had farmed out the actual pathology/tissue examinations and he was just the co-ordinator and constructor of their findings, weaving them into his shoddy gross anatomical and evidenciary findings.
I believe a hypothyroid looking tissue sample, on cellular exam, would be too hard to fake and is too common for it to have been likely to have been thrown in. Also I can’t figure out why KE or HKS would have WANTED it in. Even though it is a red herring type thing, it points again to incompetence on the part of her caregiving team that this appears to have been never addressed/considered/taken in for treatment.
Hypothyroidism is also a not uncommon finding in untreated or unresponsive depression. It was often mentioned she had this, for situational and possibly innate biological reasons. Then you have the chicken or the egg debate. The two illnesses are so connected that if you have longstanding untreated thyroid disease it is often accompanied by psychiatric changes and longstanding depression also is commonly accompanied by thyroid abnormalities. It’s a something so common that it’s supposed to be in anyone’s differential diagnosis as something to be “ruled out.” That’s why on any site about untreated depression, you will find “rule out” comments about thyroid abnormalities.

I HATE “My Humps”. My five year old was singing it one day and I was furious. That song is off limits. When I explained what her “humps and lumps” were, she got this shocked look on her face.

I don’t listen to that crap, my preteen and five year old listen to Country music with me and old classic rock (they can jam out to some Journey or Led Zepelin-I haven’t explained what lemons and juice running down my leg is though, guess double standard HA!) but their little friends sing it at school...

Hey, can I get some prayers from you guys? I have decided to stay home with my kids and father (who has alzheimers) instead of the rat race of working moms. I love my career, but it is going to take a back seat to my family for a while. I will be driving a bus (for health insurance), but I need some prayers. I’m nervous. Thanks so much! You guys are like my online family or something. My husband would think I was nutso for saying that because you people aren’t ‘real’ to him.

Oh that's funny. Reading down, I think you probably have the answer to your question as to which court HKS testified to that in.
I don’t dislike the Marshall’s! However, the California court agreed with ANS’s attorney’s that Pierce and the attorneys were guilty of interference, changing dates, forgery and other acts regarding J. Howard’s finances.
The Appellate Court simply determined that the Federal court did not have proper jurisdiction. ANS appealed to the Supreme Court whose justices not only confirmed that the court DID have proper jurisdiction since it was not simply a probate matter but the issue was the interference and that the gift was supposed to be given while he was alive.
Additionally the justices BELIEVED the evidence presented by ANS’s attorney’s that Pierce and the attorney worked together to deprive ANS from receiving the gifts intended.
Personally, I do think that J. Howard wanted ANS taken care for the rest of her life. I do not think he ever intended for her to get half of everything he had although there is strong argument that she should get half of what increase there was in his net worth during their short marriage.
Not only did Pierce stop the money from going to the ‘ho’, but to his OTHER SON as well. So Pierce was a money grubbing POS as far as I’m concerned and I’m glad he died before he saw that money too. He denied his own brother his inheritance, the piece of crap that he was.
Friends in myspacespeak just means people who you've allowed to post to your myspace page. These are probably people he doesn't even know. Just DUmmies who want to say "we LOVE you HOWARD". "We know you're the REAL father. F the DNA" Stuf like that.

I left a career i loved too to stay home with my kids. And lemme tell ya, no matter how nervous you are about it (i was too), you will see the fruits of it someday and that is worth so much more than any damn career. Remember the old saying about what do you think of when you die. Not your career, but your family. My kids all 4 of them turned out great! You're gonna be great and they're gonna be great too! Sometimes you will feel out of the loop wrt the outside world, but you can be involved in their school activities or see your friends and go shopping alone to relieve some of the stress.

Tell him we are REAL! And we are like a family of sisters (and a few brothers). Even tho we've never met in person, we know quite a bit about one another, have lots of things in common, and we all get along pretty dang well (most of the time).
