Yes he is. And i'm ashamed to admit it but about the movie i said Bill Paxton was in with Steve Buscemi, well Steve Buscemi wasn't in it. Billy Bob Thornton was. It's called "A Simple Plan" also with Brigette Fonda.
Now how in the WORLD could anyone get Billy Bob confused with Steve Buscemi? Can you understand that?
You're right of course, but we were desperately grasping at straws to find any Anna tie-ins because Trisha thought we might be accused of "threadjacking".
You are SO not the only one. I dunno what's going on either, other than that possibly tomorrow will be the custody hearing. If it gets that far because O'Quinn has been hinting on TV that there may be an out of court closed door deal between Larry and Virgie. We shall see. If it doesn't happen today, then court is on for tomorrow.

That’s interesting, but he could still have had survivor beneficiary designation... Someone has to be so designated on checking, savings, MMkts et. And there had to be someone re-designated as such after Daniel died. I’m pretty certain Howie would have seen to that - “little detail.” Maybe she designated Bonbon. I doubt that.
There’s no evidence that ANS trusted women any more than men. She at least would have felt - in a misguided, omnipotent, psychiatrically diorderd sort of way that she could have that influence over HKS.

However, your are totally wrong regarding the facts of the inheritance. Perhaps you are buying into the media spin, which does not jive with the facts. I was surprised how they misrepresent the facts. ANS lost. Her daughter stands to gain little if anything. FWIW, one gambling site's odds after ANC's death was that the estate gets zero.
I disagree with those who say LB wanted custody because of the Marshall money. He has a better chance at winning the lotto. But, hey, another way of slamming him.
IMHO, ANS's daughter will do just fine without the Marshall money as along as HKS and his family (who have no relationship to her) is kept out of her life. The odds of bad things happening when he is around is high.

Ashley Judd lives in Kentucky too. So it’s not unusual that a Kentucky boy stalked her. Larry probably just took an opportunity to interview her when he was in Kentucky. I doubt very seriously that the stalker incident has anything at all to do with Larry.
You are right. That man is full of hate. The way he mocked ANS during the funeral was sickening. He knew he was not the father, yet dragged the case on and on. The authorities should consider kidnapping charges.
Given your post, I hope the California Medical Board asks the “imminent” Dr. KE whether she ever considered hypothyroidism in her differential diagnosis? Or referred her to a non-psychiatric medical doctor - like an internist for a physical exam given all her ailments that were clearly beyond KE’s scope of expertise?

Perper said she was hypothyroid. There’s no mention of thyroid hormone replacement in her personal drug store. I kinda think she was experiencing paranoia from the untreated thyroid condition. Just Google the words hypothyroid and paranoia or paranoid.

It was in the burial hearing in Seidlin’s court. Daniel’s inquest hasn’t happened yet - we hope it will start next Tuesday.
I’m so confused about the nannies’ statements! First off, I can’t play video on this puter, so I don’t know what was on the Controversy TV segment - don’t even know *what* that is. If it’s cable, I don’t have that, either.
Anyway, every time there is a headline saying they’ve changed their statements, all I read are the same statements they’ve made before, no changes.
What exactly is going on with them? Were they not told to keep their testimony quiet until the inquest?
And why don’t they ever mention KE being there?
When she made her statement she was speaking as a Grandma..it wasn’t until her lawyer started speaking that the question of dual custody came up.

I think she has been burned with Daniel and is scared again. She raised that child, and we all know how much our children mean, imagine a grandchild in our lives daily for seven years... then ANS comes in and takes him away and she doesn’t even get to see him. And then that child gets fed all sorts of bad stuff on her!!
I think she wants something legal to say she has a right to that child. Just give Larry an opportunity to show you that you can be Grandma Virgie. If he doesn’t act right, THEN go through the courts.
I don’t think she needs shared custody, but court ordered grandparents visitation isn’t out of the realm of possibility.
I know HKS *said* there was jewelry stolen from Horizons and I even heard that jewelry was taken out of the house when the baby crib and furniture were taken (Gibsons). That’s all too easy - and so easy to turn into cash. I just don’t think there is any left.

ET is disgusting. They’re talking about larry’s visit and they’re showing OLD picture of Howard feeding the baby...etc..Not a single picture of Larry and Dannie Lynn and/or his family inside the Horizons.

ET has an old grudge against Larry, they are showing it hard and heavy through all of this. I imagine someone at ET got almost orgasmic when they found out they could have a field day slamming Larry Birkhead. And they are doing it through supporting HKS.
