Larry’s Visit with Dannielynn

LARRY BIRKHEAD visited his biological daughter, DANNIELYNN, last night in the Bahamas for the first time since a DNA test confirmed that he was the baby girl’s father yesterday.

ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s former boyfriend spent time with his daughter with the late model at the home where the baby has been living with Anna’s partner, HOWARD K. STERN.

“The Insider” can report that Larry arrived around 9 p.m. with his twin brother and his brother’s wife and children. His sister JUDY arrived later.

The brothers hugged Dannielynn’s nanny, MRS. GIBSON, in the living room, then went back to the nursery where Howard held Dannielynn and then gave her to Larry.

After holding her, Larry changed his biological daughter’s diaper for the first time. He then fed the baby some applesauce, so that Howard could show him how and what to feed her. They then laid Dannielynn on her back, and played with a toy above her head, which she grabbed on to.

Now that it’s official that Larry is Dannielynn’s father and he’s met with his little girl, what will happen next?

Friday afternoon, there will be a custody hearing in the Bahamas and Larry and the key players will be back in court to decide Dannielynn’s fate.

After the results were announced, despite his disappointment, Howard said that Larry was more than welcome to come over to the Bahamian home that he currently shares with Dannielynn and spend as much time with the baby girl as he wants.

Larry was jubilant when he exited the courthouse Tuesday.

“I hate to be the one that tells you this, but I told you so!” Larry exclaimed. “There are certain things I can’t talk about, but this I can: My baby’s gonna be coming home soon. It’s been a long road and I’m happy to start a life with my daughter.”

“I just want to say thank you to everyone and thank you for your support,” he added, holding back tears. “Thank you for the people that got me this far. Thank you very much.”

Howard also addressed the media, saying: “I’m obviously very disappointed, but my feelings for Dannielynn have not changed. I’m not going to fight Larry Birkhead on custody.”

Anna’s mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, attended Tuesday’s hearing and also spoke out.

“All I care about is the safety and well-being of my granddaughter Dannielynn,” she said. She said she also believes that Anna would be happy that “Dannielynn will know who her real father is.”

However, as she climbed into her car, she told reporters, “It’s not over.”

In fact, she had previously filed papers in the Bahamas hoping to become Dannielynn’s guardian ad litem. Her attorney told “The Insider” that Virgie was also seeking long-term custody, though it remains to be seen what kind of arrangement she will seek now that Larry has been determined to be the father.

For the very latest in the Anna Nicole saga, keep checking back here.

It's numerical and it does have a beat.

My friends who are all verbal people would never think of using dots.

I hope so! It’s so hard to be a nice person when in conflict with people like HKS. I know this firsthand. It’s impossible to stay ahead of underhanded people’s lines of thinking. Impossible.

"I'm obviously very disappointed"

Translation: "I'm a loser...and a liar...and a con man...so watch out. I'm not done yet!!"

What does she have to gain by fighting LB for custody when he is perfectly capable of caring for his child?

That’s ridiculous for Snoop to say but hey what else can be expected. As an American who just so happens to be black the gangsta lifestyle is doing more to harm us (america as a whole) than Imus. I never got into rap music but I’ve always been made fun of because of my odd taste in music...lol. Hey..I like classic rock what can I say. What’s funny is that most of these rappers have a wife at home and have kids. Snoop’s son plays little league football and he pretty active with the team. It’s like Madonna saying she won’t let her children watch TV. It’s ok to corrupt our kids but they want to do right by theirs. Well if I have a child no rap for them until they are 21. I’ll let them listen to classic soul, rock, and R&B. And white rap is just as bad as black rap. Eminem songs have catchy rhymes and melodies but when you listen to the lyrics....wow!!

O’Q isn’t expecting to get paid. He has publicly stated he is doing this for FREE. As to Ms Rose and others, I don’t know. Maybe O’Q is being generous with them as consultants, too.

Kind of like what was used to tie the Jon Benet letter to Patsy Ramsey. Use your “southern common sense” or some phrase like that.

A person doesn't have to be black to listen to rap... you'd be amazed at the boats we see coming in off the lake in the summer with very small children on board and the parents (of all colors) playing the worst rap imaginable... I find it hard to believe these people can have children and not understand the damage they are doing to them playing that music.

I agree with you about Madonna.... she is a hypocrit.

Oh, I thought I was going to throw up when he said that. What colossal nerve - “disappointed” that somehow, some way, all my wishing and hoping didn’t magically make my sperm jump into Anna’s womb. GMAB!

The captain then spoke “all we’re axin’ is ...” blah.

Some people have speech defects or have problems with certain words.

Take a look at our President for instance.

I am an Imus fan, listen and watch him every morning before I leave for work. I hate that this is happening to him, but Imus should have known better.

Its not like its the first time something like this has surfaced.

In todays world it appears that there are a considerable amount of people just waiting to claim that someone stepped on their toes.

And yes the rappers need to clean up their act and the hootsie mamas on MTV and elsewhere need to put on some clothes and sit down somewhere.

I am hoping that Virgie is just shell shocked and these lawyers are trying to bamboozle her. I’m scared that she really doesn’t have the money to pay for their services and she’s being snookered into going for this as a way to get the money to pay them back. I don’t want to think the worst of her. When she made her statement she was speaking as a Grandma..it wasn’t until her lawyer started speaking that the question of dual custody came up.

I’m sure it’s all been hocked....and likely fetched a pretty penny...90 cents on the dollar because of who they know. Her engagement ring from Marshall was 26 carats.

Well, she lost $4 million worth of jewelry JHMII gave her. I still don’t believe the bodyguard stole it or that she “misplaced” it.

I think she was in an insurance scam, with that BG - whom she slept with - and got the cash for it. I have no idea what jewelry she allegedly had left after all the years of being broke and no cash. Any jewels had to have all been pawned a long time ago.

I know HKS *said* there was jewelry stolen from Horizons and I even heard that jewelry was taken out of the house when the baby crib and furniture were taken (Gibsons). That’s all too easy - and so easy to turn into cash. I just don’t think there is any left.
