Hee... Hee...

Squirrelly Sterile Stern only has one nut at the trunk of his tiny little tree.

That’s what I’m wondering. It wouldn’t cause it - look at Lance Armstrong and others - but whatever caused the removal might have affected his virility or sterility/fertility.

Anyway, I know it doesn’t matter - but I think I should point out that their parents married each other *after* Virgie and David had the baby. (I had a friend who married her step-brother when she was very young and she’s fairly old now, still married to him - and they had 7 kids and have a tubload of grandkids - and are happy as clams)

It does not say whether they lived together or not prior to the birth of their child and prior to signing marriage papers, there is such a thing called common-law marriage in the state of Texas.

Some marriages work out and some don't.

If you meant Virgie’s mother Paralee marrying David’s father George, Paralee had already been married to Melvin Tabers for at least 20 years, then divorced.

In Oct 1966, when they married, she had 4 children - ages 19, 15, 13, and 10. There are marriage records for both marriages. Virgie didn’t marry David.

Over and over and over again Nancy Grace and others declare that Dannielynn is a heiress to a huge, huge fortune. Sometimes this is used to imply that Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur are fortune hunters. Where is this coming from? These are outright lies.

Dannielynn has not inherited the Marshall fortune and likely will not in the future inherit anything substantial (sources: other threads and news reports).

mmmmmm.... the lack of a testicle for a possible medical condition is quite interesting.

I would think that Larry’s attorneys could request the court to do a fertility test on Mr. Stern. I am sure HKS will refuse (as usual) and deny under oath that he is missing parts...

that would be too funny to cross HK$ on the status of his balls.

Birkhead says he doesn't plan to share legal custody of Smith's baby

By Jessica Robertson ASSOCIATED PRESS

7:13 a.m. April 11, 2007

NASSAU, Bahamas – Larry Birkhead said Wednesday he doesn't plan to share legal custody of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, a day after a court announced that DNA tests proved he is the father.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday during which a judge is expected to discuss who will raise 7-month-old Dannielynn. Howard K. Stern, who has been caring for the baby since Smith's sudden death in February, said Tuesday he wouldn't fight for custody, but a lawyer for Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, indicated she might.

Birkhead said Wednesday he did not want another legal fight. “We might go from one fight to another, but I'm hoping that's not the case because, you know, there's only one dad, and I have no problem with anyone that has good intentions being allowed to visit the baby and see the baby and be a part of the baby's life,” he told NBC's “Today” show from the Bahamas.

The ANS estate will be a cash cow for decades... the manner of her death and the sensation it created has cemented her place in pop culture history.

Additionally, the Marshall case is a VERY good case as it has already been determined that Pierce did in fact, hide facts, destroy documents and had his father sign documents that he didn’t read. Those are powerful and damaging facts that will NOT go unpunished by the Federal Court... a court that the Marshall family does not control.

ANS never claimed that she was named in the will but claimed that Pierce interfered with what Marshall wanted for her and that is clearly true. Pierce’s lawyers were caught red handed when ANS’s subpoenaed every document they had in their possession (it was the largest amount of evidence ever gathered in one case historically).

The Court wants this case to settle and it very well might...or it may go to court. In either case... I think Dannilynn will get a huge settlement before its over.

Larry is very good at expressing himself in terms of “Howard doesn’t know sh** about what I intend to do with him”.

At one point during a game, the coach called one of his 9-year-old baseball players aside and asked, “Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?” The little boy nodded in the affirmative.

“Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose together as a TEAM?” The little boy nodded yes.
“So,” the coach continued, “I’m sure you know, when an out is called, you shouldn’t argue, curse, attack the umpire, or call him a peckerhead. Do you understand all that? Again the little boy nodded.

He continued, “And when I take you out of the game so another boy gets a chance to play, it’s not good sportsmanship to call your coach ‘a dumb a***hole’ is it?” Again the little boy nodded.

“Good,” said the coach. “Now go over there and explain all that to your grandmother”.

Birkhead Is Father Of Smith’s Baby

By Quincy Parker
“I told you so!”

With that elated pronouncement, a grinning Larry Birkhead put to rest all questions about who is the father of Dannielynn Hope, the daughter of the late American celebrity and Bahamas permanent resident Anna Nicole Smith.

DNA expert Dr. Michael Baird backed his claim, saying the DNA test showed with 99.9999 percent accuracy that Mr. Birkhead was Dannielynn’s father.

Mr. Birkhead – who has insisted all along that he fathered the seven-month-old with Ms. Smith when they were a couple – was quite emotional as he made his announcement on the front porch of the court.

“There’s certain things that I can’t talk about, but this is one that I’m happy to talk about. My baby is going to be coming home pretty soon,” he said. “It’s all up in the air, and nothing’s been determined except parentage, and I’m the father.

“It’s been a long road, and I’m just happy to have this behind me and to be able to start a life with my daughter. I’m going to the toy store.”

It was a raucous scene outside the Supreme Court as applauding onlookers yelled encouragement and endearments to Mr. Birkhead – both Bahamians and tourists, men and women alike shouted their love for Mr. Birkhead, and that they had been pulling for him all along.

Mr. Birkhead initiated a custody battle for Dannielynn with Ms. Smith’s lawyer Howard K. Stern, who later claimed to be her lover and the child’s father. He and Ms. Smith lived together with Dannielynn at the Eastern Road mansion called ‘Horizons’ until Ms. Smith died in Florida on February 8.

Mr. Birkhead said he was unsure where he would raise Dannielynn, and that Ms. Smith would have been “proud that [he] fought [for Dannielynn].”

Dr. Baird explained how the results of the DNA swab he took of Dannielynn on March 21 came to be released.

“I released those to His Lordship Judge [Stephen] Isaacs, and at his direction they were made public in the courtroom. Larry was determined to be the biological father based on the DNA testing. He had a probability of paternity of 99.99999 percent. So in all, essentially he’s the biological father,” the DNA expert said.

Mr. Birkhead’s victory in the paternity battle was only one step in the process, however.

He will not get immediate custody of Dannielynn, who will remain with Mr. Stern until the custody issue is settled once and for all.

Deborah Rose, Virgie Arthur’s attorney in the custody proceedings, confirmed that Mrs. Arthur intends to go to court on Friday to continue her battle for custody of her granddaughter.

Mrs. Arthur said, “It’s been like a roller coaster – up and down, up and down. I lost my grandson. Y’all don’t forget that.”

Ms. Rose said, “We’re looking forward to working with Larry, and hopefully we can come to a position that’s in Dannielynn’s best interests.”

As for the other party in the paternity proceedings – Mr. Stern – he got his own share of love from the crowd.

“I’m obviously very disappointed, but my feelings for Dannielynn have not changed,” Mr. Stern said afterwards. “I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead on custody. We’re going to do what we can to ensure that the best interests of Dannielynn are carried out, and I’m going to do whatever I can to make sure that he gets sole custody.”

Mr. Stern issued an open invitation to Mr. Birkhead to go over to Horizons and spend time with Dannielynn so that the change in custody is not a sudden, harmful disruption of her life.

“As far as I’m concerned, Larry can come over to the house and spend as much time as he wants with her right now. I’d like there to be a gradual transition period for her so there’s no harm caused to her,” he said.

Mr. Stern also fired a warning shot across the bow of the media’s ship.

“This whole process, everything, has been very difficult, very difficult. The way that the media [have] treated everything has been beyond irresponsible, at times malicious. And those are things that will be addressed later on,” he said.

Media lawyer Lin Wood has confirmed that he will be representing Mr. Stern in a number of court actions against media outlets Mr. Stern feels may have crossed a line in their coverage of the story.

Mr. Stern added that he intends to stay in The Bahamas.

“I’m going to stay in The Bahamas regardless,” he said. “I’m not going to leave Anna and Daniel here alone. I wouldn’t do that.”

Mr. Birkhead’s lawyer, Emerick Knowles, said that since the issue of paternity has been decided, the next issue to be addressed would be custody.

As he left the courthouse, flanked by his twin brother, his sister and their children, Mr. Birkhead said it was time for the celebration to begin. He also had words for Bahamians.

“Everybody in The Bahamas has been very supportive of me, and I have to thank them greatly, because everyone on the streets – all the way from the children up to adults – they’ve just been nice, and I remember that, and I appreciate that,” he said.

Mr. Birkhead also spoke of his plans once Dannielynn is in his custody.

“To be the best dad I can be, and to show her as much love as I can,” he said. “Just to make sure that she has the best home, and that she knows about her mother.”

If Dannilynn is Anna’s heir, and LB gets custody, can LB decide for the sake of his daughter, to bring both Anna and her brother Danny back to the states?

Uncle Larry Birkhead in the Swim

Wed, April 11, 2007

Posted Apr 11th 2007 11:19AM by TMZ Staff Filed under: Paparazzi Photo, Anna Nicole Smith

Yesterday was a day of celebration for the DNA victorious Larry Birkhead. Shortly after the news of Dannielynn's paternity was announced, Birkhead did some victory laps -- in a pool with his adorable niece and nephew.

While a huge weight has been lifted from Larry's shoulders, it looks like he'll still have heavyweight Virgie Arthur to contend with in a custody hearing.

It seems that Larry will be a swimmingly good dad, and Dannielynn will have some happy cousins to play with.

*Sniff*

Howard and his "I'm not going to leave Anna and Daniel alone is an absurdity."

If Daniel was buried in the USA which was the original intention and Anna was buried next to him which of course be her intention, Howard would have been in Ca long before this......except for his phoney: "I am the father" under Bahama Law.

And I'm betting there is an order "not to leave the island" on him and it was signed yesterday so he doesn't "escape" the inquest. So this transition nit is just another ILLUSION...that Howard is a nice guy.

That's 2 cases that Howard has lost in the Bahamas. :-)

Do you think Howard let Larry take pictures of his own baby?? Or did he make him sign a “rights” contract.
