Thread Number 3
LOL that’s a possibility too. Maybe that’s what he’s been doing in Hawaii.

Have you seen this? The writer is comparing Larry to Kato Kaelin. What his future might hold. I thought it was funny.
Also, "two former nannies for Anna have also come forward to sue Rita, claiming that they were falsely used as sources." All about money, hope of settlement?
The pants suit judge must have inspired these people. Crazy as it is, that judge who turned the US into a joke remains employed as a judge in D.C.
Or hair transplant along with a face lift? Larry Birkhead’s face has sarted to sag. Might be why he is waiting with the lawsuit.
And Howie gets a pass for forgery, drug violations, obstruction of justice in the custody case, Daniel’s death, and more???
Sod, how long have you been thinking that? You make a plausible case, and if you add the Trope law firm which now has enveloped Larry Birkhead into its grip, it explains Everything! Including the need for the boat, the island sanctuary, ability to travel between islands (offshore accounts), etc. etc. HKS is the offshore manager of the business. Makes me wonder why the DEA isn’t more closely involved? Noticed they are involved now through Dr. E. DEA doesn’t fool around, IMO.
Which pants suit judge and which case are you referring to, A?
If anyone is interested I have the Virgir law suit just Pm me...
“””how long have you been thinking that?””
For a while - then Britney hires a Trope. Britney has drug problems and lotsa money!!!!
In the entertainment industry the *stars* are immature & naive - but, they make huge sums of money and spend it - they depend on accountants, attorneys and shady physicians who can detox or retox them. Eventually these *professionals* coalesce. The good guys move on - the evil ones hang on.
About 2 weeks ago Richard Milstein filed a motion for fees to be paid by the trust that was set up for Dannylynn from the media payments made for the Anna Nicole funeral.
Stern & Birkhead filed extensive motions in opposition to the fee request and in one reply asks the new Judge, Dale Ross to order Virgie Arthur to pay these fees!
There are no under the Fla. probate code that would allow such an award and Virgie had nothing to do with the trust.
The trust has $ 200,000. left and Milstein wants $ 175,000. for fees & costs.
Found this - dated June 7, 2004

Guardians ad litem
At Akerman Senterfitt, shareholder Richard Milstein estimates that he donates a third of his time, serving as a guardian ad litem for children and senior citizens who have been deemed incapacitated by the court. He also does such legal work as employee contract negotiations and obtaining city construction permits for the Performing Arts Center Trust, a citizen-based board that will oversee operations of the symphony hall and opera house under construction near downtown Miami.
Milstein, a probate and family law attorney, also helped found a program within Put Something Back that offers free legal services to people with HIV and AIDS who face housing or employment discrimination or who are having trouble getting access to health care.
I was brought up in a very poor household, Milstein said. It was ingrained in me that you should always do something for someone else.

Apparently, he lost his way!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, The Insider just ran a little more of Rita’s visit in The Bahamas, in re: the nannies.
It’s still confusing because they don’t say who shot the footage they showed or why. It starts with Rita and her publisher Tom (not sure about his full name) walking in to a little office. You hear a female voice welcoming her off-camera. Then Rita introduced herself.
Then we find out that the female is Elizabeth Thompson, the nannies’ current attorney, called “Liz” in the piece. Lincoln Bain is also there, standing or sitting next to Ms Thompson.
They seem to already know why Rita is there and they start talking about an offer from InTouch Magazine for $10-15,000 for an interview with the nannies.
That goes back and forth as the discussion, with mostly Thompson talking and Bain sometimes interjecting.
Thompson asks again what else Rita wants from this. She says she wants the affidavits.
Thompson asks what affidavits. Rita says the ones about Larry and Howard.
Thompson says she doesn’t know about any affidavits on that subject.
More to come later in the show.
~~~
Late breaking
A Bahamian TV crew confronted Rita ...
Rita confirms that she wasn’t offering any money herself, but Bain was asking for it.
Bain starts objecting ...
Cut to one-on-one CU of Thompson.
“I believe she realizes the value of the nannies,” Thompson said. “But, no such affidavit that the nannies signed said they saw such a homosexual encounter. They are disputing much of what was attributed to them.”
Thompson says the homosexual thing is important to Rita and her book, but is not important to the nannies.
Bain says that Rita came to The Bahamas to be on his show with the nannies ... (then I missed the rest of what he said when my doorbell rang!)
Amazingly, The Insider went on to say that despite the controversies, Rita’s book continues at #13 on NYT Best Seller List!
[Ah, I just realized that this is probably a sticking point in HKS’s lawsuit, so they have to play up how widespread the readership is! You just know there’s always an ulterior pro-HKS motive when ET or TI say something apparently positive about anyone HKS hates.]
This is a blog - but there are some interesting facts on Seidlin. His net worth sure did increase by July 2007!
IRS Slammed Judge Larry With Tax Bill
Thu Jul 05, 2007 at 12:18:20 PM
A look at Judge Larry Seidlin’s financial disclosure forms not only shows that he never reported any gifts from wealthy widow Barbara Kasler, but they also reveal that the feds hit him for $11,000 in taxes and penalties for allegedly failing to report profits he made from stocks in 2004.
The IRS notified Seidlin of the apparent oversight in a letter this past September 11, informing the judge that it had learned from a third party that he’d earned $27,763 from stocks he owned in a Boca Raton company called JAG Media Holdings, Inc. Seidlin included the “Notice of Deficiency,” as it’s called, in his latest financial disclosure, which he filed on June 5.
He lists his net worth on the disclosure at $1.2 million (up from $710,000 in 2002), with assets including his Marine Tower condo and a house in Pennsylvania. A look at five years worth of disclosures and income tax returns also shows that, in 2003, the same year Kasler signed over an empty lot in Palm Bay to his wife, a $135,000 equity loan from the previous year disappeared from Seidlin’s debts.
All of you have really done a great job of researching and posting great articles. I checked The Bahama Journal News Online and couldn't find anything about Rita there. Makes you wonder if a lot of this tabloid news is not being put out to cast doubt on Rita's credibility. This is not the first time the nannies have been known to change their stories, and Mr. C. can't deny what we have seen and heard with our own eyes and ears. IMO, there is more corruption surrounding HKS, LB, and some Bahamians than they would like us to know about. Wish Mark Fuhrman would go down there and investigate!
Thanks for all your hard work; hopefully, the lurkers will be impressed and join in!
