One of the creepiest things about Stern, to me, is how in heaven’s name he can bald-face lie about knowing every single movement, every single phone call, every single email, every single conversation, every single *moment* of another person’s life - namely, Anna Nicole - but also Jackie Hatten.

I can certainly understand how he fooled Leroy into believing he, HKS, “knows all, sees all,” but to repeat this to the public with a straight face on Leroy’s part is just laughable.

There is no way in the world he can then turn around and say HKS wasn’t a Svengali or captor or stalker of ANS. No way.

“The Insider” breaks news that author RITA COSBY has been served with a complaint for libel by HOWARD K. STERN, for alleging an affair between Stern and LARRY BIRKHEAD — the father of ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s baby, DANNIELYNN — in her book Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death.

Cosby was served with the papers at her book party, and Anna’s mom, VIRGIE ARTHUR was present at the time.

I think we talked way back when....that these deaths were "scripted" as in Howard being the writer and "The Director".

Laying the scenarios side be side: KE had contact with Danny and Anna with 24 hours of their deaths. Neither death occurred "at home". Both persons were "tempted" to a certain place. Howard was a few minutes away or asleep. The time from laying down to sleep and death is the same. The method of death is the same.

But what always got me was the "death scene" begins with Anna being helped to the bathroom.

From the looks of the photo that was “burning up the ‘Net today,” the one in which Leroy says she is “playing for the camera” and pretending to barf, spewing real vomit, it doesn’t appear she always got the bathroom help she needed.

The husky-voiced former MSNBC and Fox fox was slapped with a copy of a $60 million libel suit from Smith lawyer and hanger-on Howard K. Stern just as she set foot on her own red carpet.
“He used this as a publicity opportunity for himself,” Cosby said of Stern, and she immediately handed the papers to her publicist. “It just shows me that with all these guys, it was always smoke and mirrors.”

Stern, Anna Nicole’s companion at the time of her death, filed the hefty lawsuit on Tuesday. In it, he refutes Cosby’s claims that he used cocaine, conspired to commit kidnapping and murder, and had a homosexual affair with Dannielynn’s true babydaddy, Larry Birkhead.

“It stuns me that someone like Howard K. Stern would accuse me of cashing in,” Cosby huffed to Radar as she autographed copies of Blond Ambition. At her side during the signing was Smith’s grieving mother, Virgie Arthur.

The anti-drug advocacy group D.A.R.E., on the other hand, is happy about the book: They’re reaping 10 percent of the profits, which a former DEA agent said will go toward funding curricula on prescription drug abuse.

Also on hand was Mark Speer, the former Birkhead bodyguard who recently accused Larry of posing for paparazzi at Smith’s deceased son Daniel’s grave. Speer said he’s keeping mum with “50 percent” of the dirt he has to dish. What’s still secret is “huge,” he boasted to Radar. “There’s still a lot to be divulged.”

Village Voice columnist Michael Musto brought levity to the event. He said he’s half way through the book, which sits at No.13 on the New York Times best-seller list. It’s an easy read, he told Radar. “There’s a lot of pictures.” But he’s so far unimpressed by the book’s big gay revelation. “The thing about Howard and Larry didn’t shock me at all—two people in show business are gay?”

Anna Nicole Smith Bodyguard Angers Stern Over Photo Distribution
Anna Nicole Smith’s longtime companion Howard K. Stern and the bodyguard who attempted to revive the actress as she lay dying are locked in a new legal battle over alleged stolen photographs. Stern’s attorney L. Lin Wood is advising media groups to steer clear of photos Moe ‘Big Moe’ Brighthaupt is offering round, because he claims they were obtained illegally.

The images range from sweet family shots of Anna Nicole and her baby daughter Dannielynn to disturbing images of the tragic actress/model throwing up.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Wood says, “Shortly after I was retained by Howard Stern, I received firsthand information that Moe Brighthaupt had contacted tabloids offering for sale one or more photographs of Anna Nicole Smith. Yesterday, photographs of Anna Nicole and (baby daughter) Dannielynn were posted on various internet websites. These photographs are the property of the estate of Anna Nicole Smith and were stolen from her camera shortly after her death. Big Moe denies selling the photographs but admits that he is distributing them. His misappropriation of estate property is unlawful and his stated motives for doing so are not credible.

“The estate shall pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorised distribution or publication of these, or any other, stolen photographs.”

But Brighthaupt insists Stern and Wood are in the wrong and he has never stolen anything from his former mistress.

He says, “Big Moe would never seek to profit from the disturbing photographs on various internet websites. Big Moe continues to mourn the death of his close friends but continues to question why (these) pictures of Anna Nicole Smith were ever taken in the first place.”

.If CBS Paramount, on behalf of ET and The Insider and other of their productions, had always paid so much money, in the millions of $$, for footage of exclusive interviews with Anna Nicole, why did they stop making those same financial arrangements since her death, when they air exclusive interviews with you about her?

.You stated that you and Anna Nicole were the only two stockholders of Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc., a California corporation that handled Anna’s contracts and revenue. Did you have right of survivorship when she died? Are you receiving the royalties and residuals that she would’ve gotten? If not, are they going into the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith and who oversees the accounting for that?

.Who is Adrian Skane, who replaced you as the agent for process on the corporate registration of Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc.?

.If Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc., which had not renewed its registration before Skane stepped in, and had not paid its franchise taxes in several years, owns the Studio City house Anna lived in, and on which back property taxes are still in arrears, how is it possible for you to “give” it to Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn to live in? How would it be part of Anna’s estate if it is owned by the corporation and you have not been appointed by the courts as executor? As temporary executor, how could you authorize the remodeling alterations to the house that were made a few months ago? Who is paying the homeowners’ insurance on that house? How are you paying for upkeep, maintenance, pool and landscaping services if the estate, as declared, only had $10,000 in it?

.Where are the funds for the Daniel W. Smith Foundation that you and Anna said you were setting up after his death, to be funded by sales of photos of Daniel? Is that the legal name of the foundation, is it tax-exempt and where is it registered?

.When you were pretending to be Dannielynn’s father, why didn’t your family care about the birth of their alleged grandchild? Why didn’t they come visit you three in The Bahamas? Why didn’t they go there for Daniel’s funeral or to console Anna after he died?

.Why have you continued to lie about giving Anna the drugs she took? Why did you attempt to portray her as suicidal to Dr Perper and then later say she wasn’t? Why have you and Larry both attempted to portray Daniel as a drug user, when you originally said he wasn’t?

.Why did you continue to stall the inquest into Daniel’s death when you should have been the one person still alive who would be spearheading a movement to get it underway sooner? Are you covering for Anna, who may have given Daniel the methadone, or did you give it to him?

.Who handles the administration of the trust fund for Dannielynn? Have you even set one up? Where? Where did the money for that come from, sales of which Anna Nicole items? Where is the income from the website sales of Anna’s items going, to you? Is the attorney Milstein still involved in any way in Dannielynn’s financial activities?

.How are you paying for Horizons, if you have no income, as you have stated under oath?

.Where did you go between 2AM and 4AM the morning of September 10, 2006, when you were away from the hospital?

.Did you take photos of Daniel after he died? Did you tell people that Anna asked you to do this? Did you shop the photo(s) to image services?

.What makes you think that Horizons belongs to you? Do you have a conscience at all? How do you sleep at night in a home legally owned by G Ben Thompson?

.What has happened to the Coral Harbour house in Nassau since Anna’s death? Are you paying for it? Has the remodeling continued as Anna directed? Is King Eric still in charge of it? And if not, why not? Have you sold this home and if so, where were the proceeds deposited - are they in the Estate accounts?

.Where is the boat Anna named The Cracker? Is it still in King Eric’s boatyard? Did you give it to him? Did he buy it from you? If so, is that money in the Estate accounts for Dannielynn’s benefit?

.How can you keep presenting yourself as Anna’s attorney when you aren’t licensed to practice in The Bahamas, where you factually, physically reside? By the same token, why did you continue to present yourself as her attorney in the years after 2000, when you “claim” the relationship became personal? That is a conflict of interest. If you say Ron Rale became her personal attorney then, what “type” of attorney would you have been for her?

.Is Michelle Chase also now deceased and are you also executor of her estate?

.Are you having a heterosexual affair with Dr Eroshevich?

.How do you justify having your name on the the prescriptions Anna took the week of her death? Are any of those medications that you, yourself, take?

.Are the two Bahamian attorneys listed as the officers of Cracker(s) Ltd. actually holding your interests in trust as a pass-through? How do you justify Anna’s assets and income going to them, rather than to Anna’s Estate for Dannielynn? Does Dannielynn own any interest at all in the boat or the Coral Harbour home? If not, why not?

.Why didn’t you go with the gurney when Anna was taken out of the Hard Rock?

.Why are you and your family such hateful people, especially towards Anna’s family? Why aren’t you ashamed of your behavior?

just watched late-nite ET - what I took away from it was, it is, the latest photo is a legitimate photo that HKS is sweating bullets about:

1.HKS is claiming the photo was stolen off Anna’s “personal camera”
2.HKS is claiming that Big Moe is profiting off ANS’s death
3.HKS is claiming the ‘photo is part of ANS estate’

the response from Big Moe is:
“Big Moe never stole nuthin’ “
and the claims he is profiting are ‘disturbing’ -
Big Moe admits he is distributing the photo and that he has ownership

conclusion: Big Moe is telling the truth, it is a real photo of ANS, and it was from ANS’s camera, as Big Moe claims. ?Speculation: ANS emailed it to MOE?

the release of this photo IMO gives much greater weight to not only Jackie Hatten’s claims and Denke’s claims, but also to the claim of Ford Shelley/Thompson that ANS told them she was in fear for her life.

Jackie Hatten claimed in a televised interview that she called ANS at the hotel and ANS told her that she wasn’t allowed to leave her room or couldn’t leave her room and ANS was very upset about it.
She also claimed that she was in contact with ANS throughout her Bahamas stay, which has been argued by both LB and HKS. Her statements seems to be verified by Peter Nygard:
NYGARD: When she arrived at the Bahamas, she phoned me. Peter, I’m your neighbor. You know? I got a call from her. I got a call from her after Daniel had passed away. I got a call from her after Jackie Hutten was there, and she was looking for Jackie Hutten. I got a call from her, what are you doing for New Year’s? Maybe four calls. (FEb 20th, LKL)

Denke claimed that ANS told him that she thought her phones were bugged, and she couldn’t talk on the phone about how she was. (Feb 26th)

Shelley told the Enquirer that (3 days before she died) Anna gave him instructions to “take my computer and stop it from getting in the wrong hands” if she suddenly died. She seemed convinced something would happen to her” (circa Feb 5th, Feb)

(Feb 15th) Feb 15th, ‘07 - close friend Gina Shelley - says ANS had told her she wanted to call her mother after Daniel died. says HKS told her she did not need to call her mother then. Friend told her she should call her mother. Anna did call her mother. She told friend her mother did not respond to the call

Did ANS have any contact with any Iraq War vets in an intensive-care hospital situation prior to her death?

Who injected ANS in the buttocks on Friday, Feb 2 with a syringe? Was a sterile-sealed, first-use syringe used or was an unsterile needle used?

Was the boil on KE’s cheek diagnosed to be a. baumannii?

What happened to that particular syringe? What happened to the residual or container of the substance injected by that syringe? Why were those items not available for the coroner? Are they still ‘unavailable’?

Did you request ANS’s will the same day of the injection?

Acinetobacter baumannii, (well-known to cause serious infection, and a “potentially virulent organism”), is not a common bacterial contaminant of the skin. (autopsy report) “The possibility that a contaminated product was injected into the tissues cannot be excluded since the likely substances injected into the buttocks could not be obtained and analyzed” (autopsy report). A.baumannii infections are rare and “occur almost exclusively in hospitalized patients”, prefers to live in water and soil, and has a proclivity for “plastics” (syringes are plastic)(cites below)

Hee hee, a couple of them were tongue-in-cheek. I’d much rather ask questions of some of the investigators, to have some facts and data to look at before asking more questions.

Phone calls, bank records, emails, especially.

I might parse the RitaBook lawsuit charges when I get a chance. I just couldn’t get past his claim that ET hasn’t paid him anything for interviews or “lost footage” since Anna died. Is Larry getting it all, lol?

Oh, the real whopper was the paragraph that was not in the Leroy statement a few posts above, about the “death photo” Big Moe was sending out.
