I'm glad Rita Cosby is standing up to all the threats and intimidation by LB and HKS. I haven't seen any reports of lawsuits having been filed against her, have you? Wouldn't it be great if someone would file a lawsuit against them and their attorneys for harassment, intimidation, violation of one's First Amendment Rights, and for their defamation of character against those who dare to criticize them or ask questions? What's good for the goose, is sauce for the gander IMO.

Note that the Louisville newspaper photo “photographed by Larry Birkhead” is credited to Priscilla (”Cyb”), not Patricia.
Maybe I guessed right that he did know her or possibly took acting classes with her in L.A., as a possible explanation of his May 2003 Burbank address listing.

I’m still trying to figure out who “Dannielynn’s attorneys” are. He pulled that out on LKL and one other time after that and I haven’t seen specifically who the lawyers are that are representing Dannielynn on her own, apart from LB or HKS or ANS’s interests.

I don’t think he’s giving it up - I think they’re doing an end-around. Bahamas have funny laws about suing dead people which I don’t quite comprehend.
What’s also aggravating is that the poster copied my info about Priscilla (”Cyb”) Barnstable as if it were about Patricia Barnstable, leaving out two whole paragraphs of what I wrote.
If someone found *my* post in google and then saw this OP’s posts, they would think *I* had them mixed up, which I didn’t - the OP did.
His name was put on the legal papers after they crossed out her previous attorney of about one day.

It's Anna's death that should be investigated further. It's HER death that produced all the groundwork for "Who Gets the Money". WHO the father is would make no difference. The baby would get the money IN AQNY COURT...there is no doubt.
It's who Howard wanted to work "with". I'm guessing Larry and Howard were pretty friendly over 3 or 4 years...more than casual...because Larry had the Papparazzi factor in his pocket.
And the relationship went to hell right after she got pregnant? I don't think so.
The Seidlin Court was a Howard setup to make Larry look good...real good AND to give the coroner TIME to come up with the right call.
