You were asking for a date of the inquest. A recent article posted here from the Bahamas suggests that the Bahamians are embarassed by the delay of the inquest. And at this point would like to avoid spotlighting their justice system’s defects.
Hi Sod, thanks for the ping, but I’m reading everyday. Just don’t get time to post too often. Thanks for keeping things going, though. Without a doubt, there is more to come in this saga. I think it’s sick that Larry is giving DL a meaningless birthday party. I saw Larry Potts (name?) on Showbiz Tonight yesterday. He said that the photos will be sold as usual, and that by selling them exclusively, Larry may be trying to prevent papparazzi’s from hovering.
The hostess of the show, a woman who is the sharpest of all these entertainment shows talking heads, agreed with Larry Potts that it’s absurd for Larry to be friendly with HKS. Potts has talked extensively with Larry and views him still as a naive guy (!). Also reported that Larry has a terrific Nanny taking care of the baby, thank goodness, since our Dannie’s gay dad isn’t likely to marry anytime soon.

Facts sure make Larry Birkhead look bad and behave in a way inconsistent with a loving father. What father would invite to Dannielynn's birthday party (if the story is true) of all people the sicko Howard Stern? He is the man suspected of the death of Dannielynn's mother (a woman he allegedly loved) and her half-brother and who likely poses a threat to her.
I have yet to hear Larry Birkhead demand an investigation into Anna Nicole's death. Instead, he apparently (I hope I am wrong here) is keeping Virgie Arthur away from the child. Nor has he spoken against or apologized for his stepmother's vile statements re: Virgie Arthur.
The reason some here refer to Larry Birkhead as a "sperm donor" is that he acts (as reported in the media) more like one than as a real father. Shocking that he would invite Howard Stern, although possibly this is not true.
If you have information that Larry Birkhead is not the sperm donor or that he is not inviting Howard Stern to the birthday party, then state it.
Perhaps that’s why we haven’t been hearing much about KE or Sanwhateverhisname is. Maybe they’re working really hard to get all their ducks in a row...at least I HOPE that’s the reason!
Don’t forget that what KE and ANS had in common was being next door neighbors. That can create a powerful bond, especially if one person needs want the other person can give. The only time I’ve seen any reference to KE since February was the day Larry moved into ANS’ old house. There was a video of HKS talking to the husband of KE who was out walking his dog. At least, that’s who I thought the man was from previous photos of Wes Irwin (name right?). KE has been smart and kept her self scarce.

Don’t we have any proposed date at all for this yet, or is their ‘embarassment’ going to delay things permanently? Because doing so would certainly be the clincher in spotlighting their defects!
For all their ‘celebrity’, just my opinion, but it seems odd to me that our own justice system is content to let their deaths ‘slide’.
Toldyou, chill baby. We all have our way of referring to these nefarious characters. What is the big deal to you? Are you related to Larry? The loveliest part of these months on this thread has been the lack of anger and attack. I’ve been on FR since it’s inception basically and have stuck with this interesting mystery because of the friendly, civil tone of the thread.
If Stern’s name is on the prescription for Daniel’s drugs, that is news to me. The previous story was that KE had prescribed an anti-depressant to Daniel prior to his coming to the Bahamas. But if these pills were new to Daniel’s system the morning he ingested them, than wow. Mindboggling really. I also remember reading that the authorities investigated Daniel’s California movements prior to his death and found no evidence of drug use. Do you remember that report, too?

I value your clarity and input on this thread. Please don’t feel you need to respond to attacks from this other poster. You and Sod and Sac are keeping this thread alive. I regard these attacks as coming out of the blue and diverting our mission, which is to keep unraveling and uncovering this horrible travesty of justice.
If Larry had retired to Kentucky to get DL out of the spotlight, I would have trusted him. But his legal agreement with Debra Opri stated that he wanted to become a branded celebrity who could make money off of it and live the high life. And voila...he’s on the cover of OK!, making enough money not to have to work anymore, and is treated like a celebrity.

Gotta go now. One last thing that I want to bring up; is there any way we could get that PI to talk more? He’s the one person who knew Daniel’s state of mind prior to his death. And the guy had no pony in the race. Daniel told the PI, and probably Ray Martino the family friend he lived with, what was going on. Maybe even Virgie, too, if they had talked, don’t know. Maybe one of our intrepid investigators could give that guy a call. In fact, all three of these living individuals have become invisible for some reason.

I do not plan to participate in Brikhead’s marathon photo shoot enterprise....I’m just thankful for all the great researchers who periodically find and post useful information.
Just one point: the others have done way, way more than me.
We need to remember some of the recent, more heinous cases -knowing who was guilty of what- criticizing the appearance of slow investigations........and screaming at the news reporters with our intuitive common sense - only to understand the necessity for establishing a solid, complex and confidential case against the perpetrators.
I suppose we should think of “no news” as “good news”.
I thought Kapoor or someone else had prescribed the anti depressant to Daniel? This case is sooooo confusing sometimes.
It *looks* like HKS and LW's depo of O'Quinn might have been a fishing expedition and alot of the questions didn't pertain to the defamation suit at hand.

I know that some media picked it up as bruises, but the officials have said abrasions all along.
I still think someone thrust their hands too roughly into his jeans pockets, front and back, causing these. As to the underarm marks, whatever they may be, I do think you’re right about the body being moved.
The thing about it is, we haven’t seen the official autopsy report and Wecht didn’t get into these details, so until we have a report from the ME or a pathologist on the state and appearance of the livor mortis on the body, we won’t really know if the body was moved.
I’ve never figured out the meaning of the poor wording of that statement. However, I *think* the reporter meant that Howard had in his possession a written prescription for one of the anti-depressants Daniel was taking - perhaps written by KE, but no one has said that - to show proof it was his prescribed medication.
That must have been presented to someone, such as the Bahamaian ME, or to Wecht at some point, which is why it’s in the records.
There has to be another doc involved with Daniel somewhere in L.A., because Kapoor swears he never treated him and Anna said he did. I believe if KE had written the script for Daniel, we’d have heard that.
I feel like there was a denial somewhere along the line from KE that she had ever treated Daniel, not that it would mean anything, but I’ll try to look back in my notes when I get a chance to see if she actually said that or if I inferred it from something.
