He was in Seidlin's court on the very day they were REALLY, REALLY supposed to get married!! Geez...does Howard think everyone is dumb!!
And remember, Howard said he didn't want to get married but he said "Anna did". That doesn't go along with what KE said!!
Just little reminders to keep the thread alive and a little bit on the inconsistancies.
Haven't felt up to par the last few days, so I haven't been following things as closely as I should. But I didn't think doctors were suppose to release information about their patients. I thought there was such a thing as "doctor/patient confidentiality", and the same for "lawyer/client confidentiality". Am I wrong? I hate like the mischief for HKS to win any lawsuits, but I was wondering if there needed to be one. What do you bet, if HKS hadn't intervened and they had shown the breast implant surgery that Larry Birkhead would have sued on behalf of Dannielyn? I think he and HKS will use any means they can to delay an inquest into the death of Daniel and ANS!

As you have pointed out - not Perper’s JOB to prove manner of death - only cause. It is up to a grand jury, coroner’s inquest or the DA to prove manner - accidental, homicide or suicide.
Perper’s verdict - cause = drug overdose!
Common sense verdict - manner = drug overdose administered by 2 murderers.

Now that is an interesting question! You may have just 'uncovered' what HKS has on LB to keep him in line! If LB was just a 'sperm donor', you can bet HKS would threaten him with exposing it or with some law statute (real or unreal) that caused LB to capitulate to doing HKS bidding! This saga has more questions than most.
I talked with a lady who had lived in Puerto Rico for several years and knew quite alot about the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. She said their governments were very corrupt and family controlled. I'm beginning to think South Florida is too.

Would this have been a binding, legal contract in California or any other State? If such an agreement existed, it would have provided effective blackmail for & against both Anna & Larry - so whose idea could that possibly have been?
Inasmuch as Howard controlled every breath that Anna drew in public & private, there is no way he would have let her pregnancy be normal, uncontrolled and uncontrived.
The statement by Howard that Danny said on the way to the hospital "He couldn't believe he had a blood relative".
Those are ATTORNEY words not the words of a young man.
These were BEFORE Danny died obviously so why were they said? Was Howard starting to prove his case that this was her legal heir "in his mind" already?
Think about the opposite....Dannie Lynn had a blood brother...for three days and he died under very strange circumstances less than 8 hours AFTER "See we're all Alive and Happy" PICTURES WERE TAKEN!!
Please keep this thread alive. So much time has passed already. We're seeing Larry and Howard profit...and absolutely nothing on the inquest.
We know nothing about the Horizons either. Wonder what videos Howard has on the real owner?
Suppose Larry fessed up that there was an agreement that he was a sperm donor and gave up all rights by agreement.
He'd sink to a new low. No one would believe anything he said...In other words, he wouldn't be a credible witness.
To say it was all Howard's idea???...That would tank Larry further and the almighty law might even consider him a co-conspirator in TWO murders if we can ever get to that point (though I believe Larry had ABSOLUTELY NO PART OR KNOWLEDGE PRIO TO THE DEATHS.
It may account for no action regarding that custody suit which is still pending.
In her lifetime he exploited her in disgraceful ways and made her a laughing stock to the public while lining his pockets with her money! I don't believe he loved her...you don't destroy a person's self esteem and value as a human being; you try to build them up and have people respect them. LB should be bored to the hollow horn for ever making a deal with HKS.
I don't understand these judges ruling for HKS and, supposedly, reputable attorneys taking his cases! I can't believe all attorneys are interested in the almighty dollar rather than justice, but it appears some are. I hope and pray they are exposed and never allowed to capitalize from evil and dishonest means again.

I cannot believe there are no investigative reporters, crime authors, former prosecutors, former judges, former FBI agents and former victims - pursuing the two ‘professional’ sociopaths we amateurs have discussed here.

What we *might* have here is a Texas Standoff. Larry has enough first hand knowledge to sink Howie and Howie has enough stuff to ruin Larry’s public image.
Time is their mutual enemy. It will catch up with Howie and Dannielynn will reach her 21st birthday. And old Khristine is the elephant in the room!

I think you are right on the money ...I believe in his twisted mind, Anna was just a commodity that he philosophically despised. He played a game of “sucking it up” chasing the Marshall money. Anna did not respect HK$ unless dependent upon him for advice and drugs. He had exhausted her ‘celebrity’ - the pregnancy provided the last opportunity for exploitation. Anna was obsolete - she had to give birth and Daniel had to die before reaching maturity. If Daniel had survived Anna, he would have certainly found another lawyer to handle her estate.
Daniel had to die before Anna - and he did.
Anna had to give birth to an heir - or Virgie would have been her next of kin.
One of the exceptions to the doctor/patient confidentiality is when the patient signs a release. Dr. Johnson said he routinely recorded surgeries and he had an agreement to keep the video confidential “during the patient’s lifetime.”
