Thread Number 3
“”””Ted Gunnderson, the retired FBI agent.... find out more about him”””
Upthread someone found a good site on him.
He has an impressive resume...and has taken on some controversial cases. He is quite adamant that McDonald is innocent....Mmmmmmmmmmm??
Thanks gopheraj!
Nice work. Good to see a fellow ‘researcher’ lol.
They have ans ordering the day before. Omlette for noon breakfast and crab cakes and shrimp for dinner.
If she was vomiting and diarrhea foods would not necessarily be expected. Would not be a factor unless actually found which they were not.
Daniel in chair
The confusion comes from:
Hosptial staff have Daniel in bed with mom at 6:40.
1. Odumake Adenike Nurse - mother and son in same bed 6:40 - 7:40 all asleep
The Cops are the ones to put him in a chair! You would think they would have statements from hospital staff AND hks. We know they did not have ANS statement per other Ferguson quotes.
“The deceased, who had been visiting in the hospital, was supposedly asleep in the chair in the room and didn’t seem to wake up,” Reginald Ferguson, assistant commissioner of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, told reporters.
“It would appear from our report that the mother had gotten up, saw him in the chair and he appeared to be sound asleep. She tried to wake him up, he was unresponsive and she sounded the alarm. Doctors were called to check him and he was subsequently pronounced dead,”
NOTE: WHEN POLICE ARRIVED.. this is expected since the hospital had been working on Daniel. Probably a crash board was under him, then cpr and rescue attempts etc. IF no crash board, then we have a respeat of incompetence doing CPR on a bed not a hard surface. I doubt that is the case here in a hospital though.

When police arrived, the body was on one of two beds in a room packed with doctors, other hospital staff, Anna Nicole Smith and Stern, said Reginald Ferguson, assistant commissioner for the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
Has anyone seen this before? It is posted at TMZ. I am wondering where they get these times and quotes from. Any ideas?

On the matter of Ted Gunderson, FBI agent. There are more weird conspiracy sites on Agent Gunderson, than any one in the universe. From anti-Semite, to anti-Bush, to pro-McMartin school. Not even sure which side he is supposed to be on.
I think we have dug ourselves into deep conspiracy doo-doo with this one.
I’m leavin’
sod
I haven’t had time yet to look him up. He sounds a bit strange from what you’ve said.
He is VERY controversial!!!
However, when one makes waves they make enemies too. I think the fact he is still alive after many of his attacks speaks to he also has some powerful contacts left on his side too.
I don’t think his past controversies matter much in this case. As long as he can be a voice demanding the case be re-opened it helps.
Check this out. Wecht after Daniel’s death.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0609/27/lkl.01.html
KING: Are you saying that no doctor in good standing would have prescribed all three?
WECHT: That’s correct. You’d have to be totally negligent to prescribe all three drugs, no, no way.
KING: Are you also saying that anybody knowing he was taking — would anybody taking all three be in grave danger of losing their life?
WECHT: Yes. I would recommend anybody not to take even two drugs that work in this fashion and certainly not even to take one of them and do any drinking beyond a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
There was no ethanol in Daniel. In many of the cases in which we encounter these drug-related deaths, one finds alcohol involved. That was not the case here.
We know Wecht dealt directly with hks.
We know HKS had to be watching his own pathologist on LKL!
HKS had to hear how mixing like drugs is an invite to death.
There is no way Wecht did not discuss this with HKS.
HKS had previous knowledge of lethal mixing from Kapoor. Kapoor warned how bad combo’s were, HKS tried to get them anyway vouching to Kapoor for KE.
Why didn’t Wecht speak out about this negligence in anna’s death where we know KE prescribed three like plus EIGHT more!
Why didn’t Perper? He should know at least as much at Wecht! Still Perper tries to gloss over, ignore illegal negligent prescribing!
Billy Smith should have been given the courtesy of stating that he wanted Daniels body moved to Texas, before any decision that Anna was to be buried in the Bahamas. They were both US citizens and born in Texas...that should have carried some weight - together with Virgies wishes.
****************************
I agree. Billy Smith (the loser he is) and Virgie were the only two people who had any say so in either body at that point.
I don’t think that whole ‘knocking on my door in the middle of the night’ thing was literal. I think it was more a saying and meant you are the one who brought this here.
Great job Nat, in pointing out how HK$ was reassured that Anna could die in exactly the same way. He knew Perper would follow Wecht’s example: Accidental tragedy!
Wecht - on Daniel’s death - trying to earn his blood money !!!!
.....there’s no question in my mind it doesn’t even suggest anything of a homicidal or malevolent nature.
How can he even make this claim?
Hey y’all!
I’m so far behind and out of the loop! Did they inquest get started or is it delayed again?
I think Daniel did have something to do with Florida. The question was about her wishes to be buried next to her son. But Virgie (should have legally been the deciding factor IMO) and Billy (who was Daniel’s remaining parent) should have been able to decide to move Daniel’s body. Which would affect where Anna was buried. To bury her in another country from her surviving RELATIVES, not her goshdarn ATTORNEY (!!) is insane to me.
But that being said, if that lowdown no good deadbeat exhusband of mine decided to pop his ugly head up if something happened to me, I’d be ticked from the grave.
Weve learned the coroners inquest judge into the death of Anna Nicole Smiths son, Daniel, Monday was booted off the case for yakking to the press about what might happen.
You remember Chief Magistrate Roger (Dont Go There) Gomez. Well, his boss, Supreme Court Justice John Lyons, ruled Monday hes toast after popping up on television in an interview that departed from accepted judicial convention, according to the Nassau Guardian, the islands leading newspaper.
Bahamas Inquest Judge Fired for TV Interviews; Daniel Smith Death Probe Delayed Indefinitely
Lyons said he just happened to catch the controversial interview while channel surfing, sources tell me, and heard the lower court judge waxing on about what about what was going to happen or might happen in the case. Read the Associated Press report and an excellent piece by the Nassau Guardians Senior Reporter, Raymond Kongwa:
Magistrate removed from inquest into death of Anna Nicole Smiths son
That’s good—I think? Didn’t he have connections to one of HK$ lawyers?
Delayed indefinitely? (sigh)
Gone moms!
Totally disbanned. Lyons booted Gomez. No new Coroner assigned yet and a new jury will have to be picked.
Lyons stated the new coroner (magistrate) will decide if HKS can drill the jurors or not. So basically his appeal was denied but it can all repeat on the next go round.
Delay delay delay. that’s what the legal system is all about.
By the way, new additions of eye cndy on my profile.
This world is so full of corruption I can’t believe we see some of the justice we do occasionally.
Do you remember Lisa McPherson’s case? The coroner in that mess? She was so bad the AG’s office had actually brought cimrinal charges and had to drop them because their own ME was no longer reliable! Interesting read by the way. Has a lot of similiars to this case.
There is no way her death was not out and out homicide, but all got away with it. You wouldn’t believe her autopsy with photos .. and they all walked. I get so discouraged sometimes.

After watching so many crime documentaries - it’s very clear that those working ‘behind the scenes’ are as important as the first response police officers, investigators and prosecutors.
It takes a huge team effort and high level of courage & integrity to pursue the killers among us. “Professionals” like Nifong, Perper, Wecht, Seidlin, Tiger et.al. hopefully, are the exception.
