Interview with Taz:

She met Anna 1.5 years ago at the Hard Rock. Thought she was beautiful, good sense of humor, friendly, happy to meet me. Howard was there at the time....first imp of HKS - quiet, very friendly.

She spent about 1/2 hr with Anna and Stern. Saw her once at Hard Rock since then.

Feb of this year - that was first time she had seen her on this trip.

Parked the car - Husband said to leave Moe at Blue Plate - they had breakfast there. She did not know if Moe had seen AKS before that time that day.

Stern called - and said would Moe go and pick up some friends - but breakfast had not come yet.

Stern had called twice-Taz - said we should go - what if HKS comes down - Moe said he would not come down - he was with Anna - he was concerned about her because she was sick.

HKS called Taz the day before and asked Taz if it was ok to put Anna in ICE - she said no, we don't do that - she heard Anna yelling in the background - please please take me out. Moe said my wife said not to put ice in the water. (Taz had said use tepid water - not ice water). Howard was there, KE was there.

Greta: Was KE acting as Psychiatrist or as a friend - Taz - says she had no idea. She was kind of friendly. Taz did not discuss Anna's condition. Taz - I don't know if KE was tending to Anna's sickness. Moe told Taz that Anna asked KE not to leave....don't know why she left anyway - she had some business to take care of....it bothered Taz that KE left because she was the only medical person with her.

Taz says she told Moe to be sure they take Anna to hospital - they need antibiotics IV when have that fever type. She did not go because she refused to go.

Howard was there during the conversation about the ice in the bath (the day before Anna died).

Taz and Moe went to the airport - to get the friends - got back to Hotel just before 12 noon - Howard was coming off the elevator - and they all went back upstairs (he never used the phone). He went through Anna's door of the suite =-the rest of us went through Moe's suite.

Moe went in the little sitting room area of the suite - maybe they went to say hello to Anna - don't know - she didn't see what they did.

They wanted her to sit with Anna at the foot of her bed, while she was on the way to the room Howard said - will you stay with Anna, will you help her to the bathroom - yes.

Moe shut the computer off on the table.

Everyone left but Taz and wife of King Eric who stayed in living room area.

Did not talk with Anna. She was mostly covered - looked like someone asleep.

At some point when "other person came into the room because I was on the phone".....the other person thought I was speaking to Anna - and she said let me go take a look at her and she didn't like what she saw - she said come up to the bed and look - Taz - didn't want to wake her - other person insisted Taz come over - got closer and she didn't like what she saw. At that point....and asked her to flick some lights on....closet light closest to bed...then I could see her and knew something was wrong....shook her a little bit - she didn't wake up....her head flopped back...knew something was wrong - got more lights on - she looked pale and purple splotches - that's when I hit my earpiece and called my husband and told him to call 911 and get back her - then she did CPR - no air heard - 2 breaths - repositioned her head - no pulse - did CPR.

Do you think Howard knew she was dead when he left the room?

Taz - BIG HUGE PAUSE - she says, "I can't say" "I have a lot of suspicions"

Based on what?

Taz - I was told HKS would NEVER leave Anna - yet when we came back from airport Stern had left Anna - in lobby of Hotel said he came to use the phone - which he never did!

Other suspicion - why didn't HKS wake Anna before she left - Taz knows he didn't wake Anna, because when she went in the room - Taz - there was not movement, no nothing.

Taz - found bottle of Tamiflu and antibiotics - no other drugs.

Was a package mailed to your house for Howard? Taz: Not too long before Anna's death - days before. Didn't know what was in that box. It was peculiar - quite - why was it mailed to my house? Why wasn't it mailed to the Hard Rock?

Greta: Why do you think?

Taz: Personally, setup. I personally feel like we were being set up.

Whew - more after break.

Greta - did you see any of those drugs found in Anna's body - in her hotel room? Taz: NO - but I wasn't looking. They could have been around.

She could have gotten up and taken them herself - but I doubt it - because I was told she had to be walked to the bathroom - but also where were they? I didn't see them.

Taz spoke with Dr. Perper - for 2 hrs.

Did he not ask anything he should have asked? Taz- no.

Did you ask Howard when he came back to the room after the medics had been called - what was going on in the room.

Was she pronounced dead in the room - no - there was no doctor there.

From time I found her, Taz, and started CPR - it took Moe less than 10 mins to get back....he came back and wanted to know why she was on the bed...Taz - she was dead weight - I could not get her on the floor...she was heavy...tried to explain to Moe. He picked her up put her on the floor did interchangeable CPR until medics arrived.

They intubated her, 10 mins, Howard arrived - they wouldn't let him in the room.... HKS was on the floor uncontrollable....room was a mess....the way Anna was covered up - now that I think about it - I got suspicious.....all covered up and head half way covered up - now that I think about it - all covered up - there was a baby bottle on top of her - Dannielynn was not there - have no idea why baby bottle was there (did she travel with memorabilia....).....bottle was close to her thigh area....

When Moe pulled all the covers off of her she was completely naked and there was a bunch of feces in the bed.....Taz - usuallyu when a person dies, their sphincter muscle relaxes and they have their last bowel movement ..... Taz couldn't read into it - it did look dried up - could have happened awhile before......
