My coworker who has had dental surgery this summer and needs more is just refusing to do it. She says her mouth/teeth/gums still hurt a lot after 4 weeks from the other surgery. Are you totally healed up from the previous surgery you had? >P> Well, good luck, and come on back here as soon as you can to say how you are doing.

No one on this board is privvy to Dannielynn’s medical records. So we don’t know if he’s had her eyes checked or not. LB can’t win at times..people dog him for doing interviews and then dog him for not going into every detail of Dannielynn’s medical care.
Dr Khrisvorkian just smiled that pseudobeatific drugged-out smile of hers, thinking of something far, far away, and said *oh yes, it’s called esotropia and the baby has already outgrown it* (at 5 months).
I hope, for Dannielynn’s sake, it isn’t amblyopia that would need her to wear a patch over the good eye for a while. Even though pirates are “in” nowadays, I’m thinking pictures of her like that might not be contract-worthy.
And I really hope that’s not what might be keeping her from getting correction for it. Seriously. Not trying to sound hyper-critical, even though I am being so.

Wanting to note something about the GVS interview. It amazes me how LB always seems to “overlook” that ANS and Howie “made” him sign three different confidentiality agreements, giving them license to state to the world that Anna hardly knew Larry and that they never had a relationship.
Think he’ll show *those* video clips to Dannielynn? Or will Uncle Howie when LB doesn’t toe the mark sometime in the future?

Oh, I agree with that. Then it became a matter of everyone screaming, “how can you sue to get money out of your own child’s inheritance?” and that went over like a lead balloon.
Every time I crack wise about some of the ANS/HKS financial boondoggles, there are others saying, “why would you take money away from Dannielynn?” (Like my saying the Marshall suit should NOT be settled.)
The question is not why *I* would, but why her mother did the things she did.
We don’t need to be privvy to her medical records. He is the one exploiting her. He is the one bringing up her health checks. It is not a ‘game’ for LB to win. It is a concern for a baby. Everything is not about HIM.
I don’t know when they shot it - didn’t seem like an outtake of anything I’d ever seen on there (I would’ve *remembered* that!) - it was an angle from down below him looking up his nose with just blue sky overhead.
Made it look like he was a statue. Well, you know, like he was person up on a pedestal or something. Oh, now I get it.
You’re making the comment that he’s being negligent for not getting her eyes checked out. Do you know he hasn’t done it? If you’re going to attack the man at least attack him with facts and not speculations. I’ll email Greta and let her know the next time they exploit Dannielynn to make sure that LB signs a HIPPA release form so we can have access to every medical test that has been completed. If people feel so strongly against LB showing Dannielynn then maybe they should turn off the TV and not look at the pics as a way to protest..but I’m sure that will never happen.
Well, yes, I have known several children who had to wear the patch while doing the muscle strengthening exercises with the "good" eye, including my BIL when he was young.
She'll be fine. This isn't life threatening and it can be corrected. Just noticed it and was asking about it - and others were - and now you say that his was reported early on by the KE witch. Like I said, am sure LB's family will have seen it and will have said something about getting her eyes checked......that's what grandparents, aunts, and uncles do - they notice things about the little ones and talk about it. LB cannot escape being told to do MANY things for this baby by his relatives if they are in the least bit normal.

CTV? Court TV. I thought CTV was gaga for Stern. I don’t go there but I will make sure to email Greta and Larry King and let them know that the public demands a full report written by a doctor regarding Dannielynn’s medical status. Including developmental milestones, vision, and hearing.
Being cross eyed or lazy eyed (and it’s yet to be determined if she is) is not grounds for Child Protective Services to come swooping in. Don’t worry if she does have lazy eye it will be fixed. (I don’t remember ever seeing Marty Feldman on the cover of Teen People and I’m sure that will be in Dannielynn’s future...wink)
With regards to Dannielynn, LB has only done one thing that has really concerned me. TMZ had a photo of him taking her into the CNN studios to meet with LK and he had a blanket over her and it was wrapped too tight around her head and you could tell she was squirming.
For all we know, she *might be* wearing a patch all the rest of the time she’s not on camera. Then one day, voila! Eye muscles all strong and no strabismus.
I remember Dr KE saying that about Dannielynn’s eyes (it was both then, I believe) on ET at the same time she said the baby couldn’t be around anyone “yet” because she hadn’t had her 6-month shots.
It was an excuse because ET had the exclusive and no one else could film Dannielynn. The baby had already been out on the catamaran for the “commitment ceremony” in October and had been to a regatta in January where she got passed around to total strangers all day!
The lies just infuriated me. And KE *knew* no one would be able to see the baby in public when she said all that.
He does that a lot - in and out of airplanes and limos, too. As a person with breathing problems, I always feel like I’m suffocating along with her while watching it.
I didn’t see LKL; I had hoped he had stopped doing that.

I wouldn’t take KE’s word for anything though.
Like it or not, LB and hks continued to make her a public image baby. People are going to note and be concerned about many areas of her life. If she has the problem, he could actually do some good by acknowledging it. Sure wouldn’t hurt to have someone for public awareness on the issues.
Forgive me if I look at it a bit more serious. My niece had this, a patch did not work and the remedy is not always so simple. Some when it was addressed at a later age become more complicated. Medicine has learned and that is exactly why they recommend early evals. Niece ended up having four surgeries to correct it.
Not trying to be difficult but from this experience I learned and will always speak up with concern. Four surgeries! Poor kid. Out of ignorance to the problem. Medical and family ignorance. “Family” kept pooh poohing it for her too. I wouldn’t depend on family.. a specialist is the best route. By the time a good specialist was suggested in my nieces case, she was nine. She would be twelve before normalcy would be known to her. It had effected her education. Twice she was held back and here it was all because she had vision problems. Not to mention her little peers were cruel. No, not life threatening. But I witnessed how she went through; shame, pain and tears. We just didn’t know as much in them days. Hopefully DL’s is minor, but until that is known it isn’t something to slough off.
That woman has it all doesn’t she? A psychiatrist, a pharmacist, now a Ophthalmologist!
