I wonder how the lawsuits LB and Opri have against each other will be resolved. He makes her sound like some kind of 'patootie', and she makes him sound like a 'shyster;. I'm not sure they aren't both right.
I heard DO on John Gibson’s show and she was talking about how the money went into his client fund. Just in case LB doesn’t know (and I am sure he does) that is how it works. I have had a couple of personal injury (vehicle) cases and when the guys who hit me paid up, it all went into the client fund and then my attorney paid me out of what was left after he took his cut. It is all spelled out in the retainer form he signed as it always is.
I hope Opri gets what she's entitled to, but no more or less, and I hope LB will stop covering for HKS!! He turns my stomach when he praises HKS and smears Virgie. I couldn't believe Larry King or LB didn't criticize HKS for blatantly lying to LK when he and ANS appeared on his program. HKS said postively that he was the father of DannieLynn and he and ANS both knew it was a damnable lie! I don't believe Virgie's attorneys were filing those lawsuits just for money...I think they had a pretty good idea of what was going on between the manipulator - HKS - and LB.
I think DannieLynn would benefit from knowing her grandmother, who doesn't seem to be a "Hollywood" type, and seems to have more common sense than some others.
I think LB is not as good a guy as what we all thought and beign gay is not a big deal. DL IS his daughter and he should raise her IF he really wants her and not the money. I believe that ANY monies DL gets should be taken care of by a bank not affiliated with anyone. One who does it for a living.
Here in the cheap seats again. Got to see lots and lots of clips from LKL last night of Dannielynn and she is quite precious!
Yeah, I like everything I saw - her personality, her demeanor, her cute clothes, her pretty face - she’s the whole baby package! She certainly has learned how to pose, that’s for sure.
Still not happy with LarryB, so I’m glad they focused almost completely on Dannielynn - only once with the melodramatic Insider “rock star” stuff about him.
He kept his hands away from his mouth this time (one clip, and he had to, he was holding Dannielynn) and I think I see what he had been hiding. He talks out of one side of his mouth (physically) and it makes it seem as if he’s “telling secrets.” If it had not been a serious topic (it was about DL’s security and the Marshall money, ugh), it would seem as if everything is an “aside” or a wisecrack.
*oh, well - he’s the daddy - if I want to see her, I guess I have to tolerate watching him now, too*
Another thing about ANS that was on The Insider, too ... they were interviewing a Beverly Hills couple named Navarre who run a crew of paparazzi (called X14 or something like that) and have gotten wealthy spying on and snapping their celeb neighbors.
They asked them where they draw the line. They said there was one set of photos that was shopped around to every photo agency in Hollywood and turned down by all of them. They were photos of Anna Nicole IN THE ROOM at the Hard Rock as she lay dying (my note: or dead).
The wife said they nixed them without even looking at them. She said she didn’t know where they came from, she thought it must have been from the EMT’s or someone.
(Let’s see, who could that be? Eenie, meenie, minie, MOE.)

One of their photographers was sued by Jennifer Aniston, and they've been sued several times by actresses.
I knew Moe was interested in making a few dollars by announcing he was writing a book so soon after ANS' death. But if he is guilty of this disgusting act, I question his great love and respect for his "Baby Girl"! Isn't that how he referred to ANS in interviews? (I tried to copy the URL with the space after it, and I still couldn't get it be post active!) I'll keep trying.)

We all heard about the “gurney” photos outside of the hotel that onlookers took on their cell phones and that someone tried to sell to a photo agency, but I had *never* heard of any pix taken *in the ROOM*. That boggled my mind.
If there were pictures being shopped around of ANS lying DEAD (or dying) in that hotel room, I am sure they will surface some day, some time. And, yes, I am sure it could be either Moe or Stern himself taking the photos. And, yes, it is sick. The sickest. But it certainly is not sicker than what happened to both Anna and Daniel. So, nothing is surpising to me at this point regarding the motley crew.
LB says he doesn’t go places or do things because he thinks about what if something happens to him and she is left alone.......she comes first - he is available for her 24 x 7. Now it seems to me he is being a good father if all this is true. I hope so. He says his goals are for her to be happy and safe, a roof over her head, and for her to have all the love and affection she needs. He did say he has help taking care of her.

You know what he said rang true for me. I remember afer I became a mother, I wouldn’t ride roller coasters anymore. What if I left my children motherless for that little fun risk? It just didn’t seem worth it anymore.
Oh, I had a little tidbit to add here.
Anna Nicole’s “ranch” outside of town here, which was given to her by JHMII way back when, is back on the market.
I had been trying to keep an eye out to see what it went for because of so many people thinking Dannielynn’s future home-yet-to-be-probated would increase in value because of Anna’s death, as some also thought would happen to Horizons to the tune of extra million$$.
This ranch, called the Tomball Ranch in all the Marshall estate filings, is in Cypress, TX, which is in the Tomball area. I looked for it forever in Tomball and finally found the deed transaction with the legal description - and it is in Cypress, but in the Tomball school district.
Anyway, when JHMII wanted to give it to her, in Sept 1992, she balked at the paperwork on it because it wasn’t in her name only. At the time, they weren’t married yet (this was one of those enticements), but she demanded he put it in her name.
Funny thing was, this was another of those times JHMII was trying to help her out and she didn’t “get” it. He had put it in the name of Marshall Farms or Tomball Farms, one of those (not in the notes I have right now - as pertaining directly to this property - I know about Marshall Farms, but don’t see it on the deed transactions for this ranch) - and she would be the sole owner of the corporation.
She didn’t like that - owning a corporation - because she thought he was doing something fishy where he would keep part of it. In another matter - her modeling corporation - she demanded he make her the sole owner of the shares. I’m not sure he did - she didn’t use it, anyway, so it’s a moot point. Anyway, she didn’t like seeing other names for VP, Sec, Treas of the corp, even tho those are required!
OK, so he tried to see what he could do about putting the ranch in her name, BUT she was still legally married to Billy Smith, so the corporate name was going to have to do. Thus, she did whatever paperwork it took to finally divorce Billy on Feb 3, 1993.
However it was styled, JHMII filed an affidavit on it on Sept 18, 1992, evidently placing it into his land trust. The property ownership was taken out of JHMII’s own trust in Jul 1994, a few days after he married Vickie Lynn, and put into his own name as an individual.
The first time the records show this ranch property being deeded to ANS/VLS/VLM was in Apr 1995, which was during the time when JHMII had become seriously ill and Pierce started taking over more of his financial affairs. Pierce even assigned any of his rights to ownership of it over to Vickie, under all her various names. JHMII died in Aug 1995 and by Feb 1996, ANS was declaring bankruptcy.
At some point, I believe earlier in 1995, Pierce had put a lien on the ranch, which infuriated ANS because then she couldn’t sell it. Pierce had wanted to protect the property from bankruptcy, but again, ANS didn’t understand that. She lost the ranch, anyway, according to all I’ve read.
But what I saw in the register is that she sold it (don’t know if it was forced by the BK court or not, or how much money changed hands, but I was definitely under the impression that she did not own it at the time of the bankruptcy and it was not included in her assets - could be wrong about that and the recorded docs online don’t tell the whole story).
At any rate, in Oct 1998, the property changed hands from ANS to the couple who own it now and are putting it up for sale, the Myerses.
They put it on the market on March 10, 2007, the week after ANS’s funeral. I saw the first Realtor’s notice and it didn’t mention she had owned it. The asking price was $1,450,000.
Then another Realtor got the listing on it (I can’t get the MLS website to give me any info using the MLS# that’s listed, saying it doesn’t show any results, so I don’t know if this is an exclusive listing to the current Realtor) and reduced the price to $1,250,000, adding that it was previously owned by Anna Nicole Smith.

This is where Anna lived with her girl friend Sandi; where ANS’s aunt and uncle, Elaine & Melvin Tabers (VA’s bro and his wife), lived with and worked for ANS; where Daniel sometimes lived (I think - maybe not); and where she did an ET appearance back then, with her horses, where they said she had bought this ranch with her modeling earnings.

It still hasn’t sold, but 3 months isn’t all that long for a rural property to be on the market.
The stories I’ve seen say that JHMII paid $900,000 for the ranch, but I don’t believe that’s correct. That is just now the tax assessor’s value on it, after 15 years. We know they low-ball them, but even Zillow values it currently as around $769,118, after looking at area comparables of recent sales in the area. That was from a range of $661,441 - $984,471.

They didn’t really play up the ANS connection at all (hmmm) or advertise widely, as far as I can tell - but I think it’s safe to say that her death and her ownership (however questionable the legalities of it) are not necessarily big assets to a property!
She’s just darling! And she likes to “dancy, dancy” as we sometimes like to say to little dancin’ darlin’s.
I noticed that about Larry too, how he talks out of one side of his mouth..lol...it’s kinda ‘smirky’ talking! LOL! BUT I certainly CANNOT fault him for that at all, BC my ex-husband was the first one to notice that I have a certain ‘smile’ that starts to ‘slide off of one side of my face!! (It’s completely innocent, and not when I’m being rude or anything at all, if anything, it happens MOST when I feel self-conscious) AND BOTH OF MY SONS INHERITED IT...so I would hate for anyone to think they were ‘up to no good’ when they give that smile (since they got it from me)!! LOL!!

Am I crazy or wouldn’t that be akin to committing a crime? Why would ‘someone’ be ‘taking pictures’ INSTEAD OF PERFORMING CPR OR CALLING 911???

OK! I watched Larry King last night and I NOTICED Dannielynn’s EYES also! Not sure WHAT it is about them, but something that is unusual. They are beautiful without a doubt, but there is something else about them when you see them up close.....I need to see more pictures of her, but there is something remarkable about her eyes, and not just the blue color or anything.
